I'd say if you plan to stay for only one or two nights with one or two occupants, it's alright.
Pros:

I like that the room is close to Shin Okubo Station, which is about a 3 to 4 minute-walk, and is only one station away from Shinkuju. I also like the fact that the room is located within a quiet surrounding, and is only a few steps away from the hustle and bustle of Korea Town (Shin Okubo). There are plenty of convenience stores around the area (e.g. 7-11, Family Mart among others), not to mention local eateries, so my family and I didn't have trouble finding food.

Cons:

As noted by other reviewers, the room feels quite cramped for four guests, particularly if you have two large suitcases. Once both are opened, there is very little space to move around, and we had to store one suitcase in the upper loft. Storage is also limited, with no closet and only a few hangers, which meant placing used clothes on the table and washing machine. The bathroom lacks hooks for towels and shower curtain, resulting in a wet floor after shower, and there is no bidet (though the shower head can be used). Lastly, we also noticed an unpleasant odour, seemingly coming from beneath the washing machine.

No shower curtain which meant that the bathroom floor stayed wet all day.

Pros:

房间干净，地理位置也很好， 我和我的朋友们半夜才睡觉 出门都有宵夜可以吃上 晚上在Shinjuku的居酒屋喝到临晨 也可以悠悠闲闲的走路回到住宿。 下次还会再住这边！

קרוב לתחנת שיין אוקובו.
רחוב תוסס ומלא במסעדות וסופר מרקט.
מכונת כביסה זמינה תמיד.

Cons:

צפוף למשפחה עם 4 נפשות.
יש מכונת כביסה אך חסר גם מייבש כביסה.
חולדות בפח האשפה של הרחוב.

Sehr gute Lage und sehr eng
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und gute Verbindung zu ganz Tokyo,, alles Nötige (Schampoo, Besteck etc) war dort vor Ort, Waschmaschine war schnell, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich top! Geeignet eher für 2 Personen.

Cons:

Wir waren zu dritt, also war es recht eng. Die Toilette hatte nicht wirklich einen Bidet gehabt, aber der Duschkopf war Multifunktional.

Zimmer ist wirklich eher dafür geeignet dort zu übernachten und nicht wirklich um dort zu leben. Wir haben deshalb auch kaum die Küche benutzt, weil enger Platz. Geräusche vom Nachbarn und von draußen kann man hören.

Great to experience a local neighborhood !
Pros:

Location was not too far from the train station.
Lots of food options, supermarkets and shopping just round the corner.
Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, could sleep well.
Love the space in the Loft area but have to be careful with the stairs.

Cons:

Space is tight to leave your luggage open and walk around the room.
Would be good if there was a shower curtain and hooks in the toilet.
