The room's nice and neat.
The only real problem was, during our stay, the water pressure was just strong enough to shower and flush the toilet, but if you set the water heater at the weakest setting, it gets too hot and is therefore unusable.

Other than that, there's no other problems; the area's safe and quiet with many options for dining and leisure

The staff was amazing, they provide excellent service, very polite specially Ron S. who is always there to give our needs. The property is exquisite! Very clean and convenient. I will definitely consider coming back.

There were a few ants but were not a problem during the stay

Services were so poor.

Our stay was generally fine. It was just the service is not that good. Upon our check-in, nobody assisted us to our room. (Our things were quite heavy because we were staying for 4 days and 3 nights). There were also no towel provided. I need to call-up and follow-up 4x for it. Eventually, after about 2 hours, they provided us with 3 towels only. (I asked for 4 but she said that was only the available) The next day, I asked for the remaining 1 towel but in vain. We settled for the 3 towels. ' Good my son brought his own towel. We paid the parking for 150. It was fine. It was safe. I wish service would improve.

If you're simply looking for a room in QC area to spend the night, this place is quite alright. Rooms are simple and spacious enough to feel comfortable in, not to mention the place is located near SM North and Trinoma.

The room could've been more clean though, I spotted cobwebs and mothballs in some areas. Thankfully not enough to be a deal breaker for a cheap stay.

Overall, I got what I paid for, which was just around 1,000 PHP for a night.

It was fine for a two-night stay, despite not having a view with the room given to us (you may want to request that as you book).
Room was clean, however some fixtures in the bathroom were broken but were still useable
