8/10. The price is too high compared to the hotel and room.

The location. The staff.

Cons:

The bathroom was always wet. Due to the drainage system not aligned properly.
The staff in the breakfast buffet area was rude. They were asking us even not to take plate. They were expecting us to eat Curry and bread butter on the same plate.

Nice hotel, good value

Die Lage sehr nah am Strand, das sehr gute Restaurant und Frühstück, das geräumige, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer

Cons:

Als internationaler Kunde gab es für mich keine Möglichkeit, die geforderte Anzahlung für das Zimmer zu leisten. Die Anzahlung ist nur mit einem indischen Bank Konto möglich. Mit kreditkarte ist sie auch auf Nachfrage hin nicht möglich. Das hat die Buchung für mich stark verkompliziert. Da es kein entgegenkommen vom Hotel gab, musste ich einen Bekannten involvieren der für mich die überweisung getätigt hat.

Pros:

Only the room size was good... But it doesn't matter if your first impression was bad... too much arrogance of the receptionist..

Cons:

Staff was very rude & arrogant, they even don't value there customers... to much rules & regulations, swimming pool was very dirty... they give picture from the hotel room you can see the beach which is fake...
