Me and my family had a good time staying in the place.Mum enjoyed watching netflix.

Most of the appliances are old although it is working.

Disappointing
Pros:

Nothing special but property owner is constantly communicating if we need anything that's a THUMBS UP.

Cons:

Replacements of kitchen wears , appliances needs an update and other utensils, mirror needs to be replace due to discoloration a bit scary for me. ceiling accent lights needs to be replace for brighter lights.

A waste of time and money
Pros:

The swimming pool

Cons:

I had to pay online and then I got charged again and extra by the guards because they hadn’t had notification about our booking

Exceptional
Pros:

Stayed there for the 7-11 Run. Location is right beside the start and a few minutes walk to SM Ecoland. Rooms were clean and had free WIFI.

Cons:

Water pressure at the shower was low at times. No free parking so you have to pay for parking. There was a rude guard that went up to our room saying that we illegally parked even without asking any specifics. Really? "illegally"? :) Good thing our host could easily contacted (sorry for disturbing you Ma'am so early on a Sunday). Turns out my parking was already paid but no apology from the guard. lol :)
