Pros:

- the room is nice
- beds are very soft
- location is ok
- room was clean

Cons:

- room was way to expensive for what it offers but I guess this is the same everywhere in Kyoto

- not possible to store luggage which is not a problem. You can store it at the trainstation but it will make your stay even more expensive

Good value, good place.
Pros:

Good location. Quiet. Nice toilet!!

Cons:

When we arrived, the room we were supposed to have was open and someone was still in it. So we called Booking.com who had us call Another Sky who said that the people had extended their stay so wow y be in a different room. It was fine. Except that it was a bit tricky figuring out the A/C . Directions in English would be a nice touch.
