Good room, Staff could be nicer
Pros:

Lovely, modern room with a comfortable bed. Great restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The staff were not welcoming or helpful. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room - you had to go downstairs to the foyer to the tea and coffee station. The water was cold so we asked the receptionist if we could get some hot water. It took her 40 minutes. She said she was busy.
Also, breakfast only goes until 9am, which was fine by us as we’d eaten. But I watched the staff member pull down the shutters at 9.01am even though guests were seated nearby and others hadn’t eaten yet. No flexibility.

Pros:

Had a very international traveler vibe. Great staff, loved the breakfast selection, clean, and comfy.. A very convenient location.

Cons:

Thin walls and could hear people upstairs rolling suitcases and heavy footfall. But otherwise a quiet stay.
