- One-Bedroom Villas & Apartment have a free 20 kilowatt electrical allowance per day.
Any exceeding consumption will have an additional charge of 6.0 THB per kilowatt. Guests must pay this fee directly to the property upon check out.
For stays of 28 days or longer, electric usage will be billed at 6.0 THB per kilowatt as recorded on the unit's yard.
Prepayment for longer stays may require a non refundable prepayment.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Окна раздвижные,не плотно прилегают. От этого шум от машин очень хорошо слышно с улицы. Окна грязные. Рядом стройка.

Grosse Appartments, Große Küche und Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine. Fenster zu öffnen, Balkon, Klimaanlage bei Bedarf (allerdings in einem Zimmer schwer bedienbar), gute Lage, zu Fuß ca 10 min vom Strand - wenige Minuten von einem Nachtmarkt.

Cons:

Leider Tagsüber gelegentlich Lärm von Bauarbeiten, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum zu hören. Internet sehr schnell - aber durch die Größe des Appartments im hinteren Schlafzimmer schlechter Empfang.

Огромная вилла/аппартаменты за очень недорого!
Pros:

Понравилось всё! Место, размеры виллы, чистота, обстановка, удобства, наличие всего необходимого, бассейн, тихаЯ улочка, рядом рынок и магазины, персонал, встреча, заселение и что не маловажно , стоимость всей этой красоты! Нам было очень комфортно и если снова будем в Паттайя, остановимся тут.

Pros:

8歳と4歳の子どもと１週間泊まりました。清潔でプールが楽しく快適に過ごせました。コンセントはAまたはCで日本のものをそのまま使えました。コンビニやカフェも徒歩圏内、ビーチやナイトマーケットへも歩いて行けます。どのホテルも同じですが上階の足音や外のバイクの音などは響きますが耳栓をしていたので大丈夫でした。不満はありませんが、欲を言えば以下の点が改善されるともっといいです。

・夜のプールがもっとライティングされ楽しめるようになる
・ゴミ箱が小さすぎて1日でいっぱいになる
・ハサミや歯ブラシがあると便利

質問がある時にはスタッフの方がいつも答えてくれました。1000パーツの電気のデポジットはそのまま戻ってきました。ジャグジーでお風呂にも入れて総合的には大満足です！

Удачное расположение. Рядом ночной рынок. Два пляжа в 10 и 15 минутах. Просторный номер, с гостинной, спальней, двумя ванными комнатами и гидромассажной ванной. Два телевизора, в гостинной и спальне. Большой балкон. Уютный бассейн. Уборка в номерах через три дня. Пешком до Большого Будды 15 минут. До писра 30 минут.

I'ts a big spacius appartment. Very clean, good jaccuzi and shower, Swimmingpool was clean and fresh, good guarded private parking garage. Staff was very helpfull and kind.

Cons:

Diffucult to open the first gate. You need to put your hand trough small opening in the gate to open it. Easy when sober, difficult when drunk 😉

A great stay in Jomtien
Pros:

Good size pool. Great 1 and 2 bedroom villas and apartments located in a quiet part of Jomtien, close to Pattaya Park night market. Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Friendly staff and very accommodating of our needs. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Close to night markets, fairly central in Jomtien. Large apartment lots of room. We will stay here again soon.

There is no elevator, only stairs. But we were made aware of this before booking, so not a problem for us.
