Just to pass the night
Pros:

Relatively close to Ikebukuro Station, some 15 minutes walking.
Instructions in broken english, but at least they tried unlike other places.
Bed with socket, but don't expect an USB input and cables, bring your own.

Cons:

No one there speaks english though, wich might be a problem since they seems to not know who made the reservation.
And it's just for sleeping and not share a shower room with random people, if you don't mind the thin walls and absence of a toilet seat heater. Otherwise, pay less and stay at an hostel. Or a good hotel with breakfast for the same price a bit more far away.
