Pros:

Front desk and bellmen were very kind. However almost everyone in the restaurants are rude, constantly seem annoyed at a simple question, and need proper hospitality training if they’re going to continue at a 5 star hotel.

This was certainly a nice hotel with a great pool. It lives up to its modern appeal. Service was excellent, with the exception of being told that the breakfast would be complimentary. When we arrived for breakfast, we were told that it was not included; there would be a €35 each fee for my wife and I. Instead, we walked to Les Bessones Bar Restaurant that was a short walk away. There, we enjoyed a superb Cafe Americano and a croissant each for about €8 total. It was certainly a popular place with the locals.
I doubt that I would stay here in the future, due to its distance from things to do and the absurdly cost of dinning.

Very nice hotel we had an issue with the ac was told it was fixed but it wasn’t but on our last evening it was fixed after having to call out engineers again

Very nice underground parking with security. High end property with high end customers. Nice area for walking and close to shopping mall. Beautiful port with beautiful boats!

This is a newer hotel. I have to say, the service is EVERYTHING. They went above and beyond. To their concierge service to the manager ensuring a pleasant stay. Took every detail into account and made us feel extremely special. Definitely a good recommendation
