Pros:

Very nicely decorated! Loved having the parking and easy to find.

Cons:

It was very close to a busy street so lots of traffic noise into the night. Not close to downtown at all.

Fantastic stay in a lovely appartment, close to lots of amenities and buses to town.
Pros:

This was a self catering accommodation.
I would say that the jacobites Stronghold appartment is more for 7 years would than 8 as the bed in one room is not a double.

El apartamento está fenomenal, renovado y con todas las comodidades. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario. Pasamos un par de noches y nos encantó. Además, a pocos metros está la parada de bus para ir al centro de Edimburgo (tardamos unos 20 min), y nos dejó de vuelta en la parada de la puerta de casa. Súper cómodo y bonito! Muy recomendable

Cons:

No está bien aislado y se escuchaba el ruido de la carretera por la noche.

Siamo stati una sola notte perché stavamo completando il nostro giro nelle highlands 😊 la casa è perfetta ottima per un gruppo da 5 ed anche 6 persone volendo. Super fornita e comoda. Molto tipica e particolare siamo rimasti contenti su tutti i fronti 😊

Heel fijn verblijf in een toplocatie.
Pros:

De appartementen waren ruim en lekker licht. Ze waren ook netjes, schoon en goed uitgerust. De lokatie is geweldig, want je zit zo met de bus in de stad en er is een grote supermarkt dichtbij. Je zit vlak naast een drukke weg, maar we hebben er niets van gehoord.

Cons:

De koffie die in het appartement beschikbaar wordt gesteld is niet te drinken. Sommige kamers zouden meer kastruimte kunnen gebruiken.

Wish we could have stayed longer
Pros:

We booked last minute when our original booking cancelled on us, and the host was amazing; they even came out late in the evening to fix the water heater. The layout is interesting, but it's an old building so that's to be expected. The best part was the living room with the French doors that opened to the parking area: made it so easy to unload and load our kids and bags. And the kitchen was very nice as well.

Cons:

The hallways got pretty slick when it rained because there was nowhere to wipe our shoes.

Great location for getting to Napier Craiglockhart campus! Nice to have a space to self. Strong WiFi.

Cons:

Loud, cars park right outside bedroom windows. Heat and hot water was spotty. This is a personal dislike but there were not TVs in the bedrooms.
