Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Very Comfortable room and staff were attentative and diligent during stay. Breakfast was of a good standard and good selection. Hotel close to motorway system and easy to find.

Cons:

Bakery products at breakfast could have been fresher. Parking charge is high in relation to charges for rooms.

Many years here, some great staff, some need retraining. Policy dangerously corporate.
Pros:

staff who go the extra mile to sort out problems and make welcome. good choice for breakfast. clean, tidy rooms and bathrooms. It's the little things that make a big difference.

Cons:

Staff who hide behind company policy, passive aggressive when booking, no empathy . Has got very american corporate
Having to pay extra for parking, as there is no suitable alternative to get there unlike city hotels. Big deal breaker, as with two cars, quarter of the bill.
Some Unhelpful staff at breakfast, again roll out company policy and then complain in kitchen in earshot and joke about the interaction.
And fix the bl&&dy heating!

Perfect for the night stay.
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly! Very dog friendly hotel which was very cute to see. Room was nice and the entry hall was lovely.

Cons:

Bathroom was the smallest amount out dated but that is so minimal as it was clean and did what it needed to.

Great hotel and good buffet breakfast. Not happy about paying for parking though!
Pros:

Very comfortable room, great breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff on reception.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking is appalling - £10 per night to use the hotels carpark when there are no other options for parking. This will really make us rethink whether we stay here again unfortunately.

Excellent all round x
Pros:

It's lovely. Really friendly staff, very clean, great food. Really comfy and quiet room. Kindly moved us due to mobility issues- they were very accommodating. Great location for Hospural. Food was expensive in restaurant in the evening but it was delicious.
