Meilleur rapport qualité-prix à Montréal. Confortable et très bien situé Beaucoup d'efforts ont été mis dans les détails.

Erg netjes en praktisch verblijf
Pros:

Erg net verblijf, gelegen op een centrale locatie vlakbij metro. Alles was erg proper, er waren voldoende badkamer artikelen aanwezig. De kuisservice was ook erg handig. Er is een koffiemachine aanwezig op de kamer en ook in de gang. Bijkomend waren er koekjes die je mocht nemen. Vragen konden vlot gesteld worden, er was soms iemand aanwezig aan de balie. Daarbuiten werd er ook erg snel gereageerd op berichten. Een echte aanrader!

L'endroit idéal pour bien profiter de la ville!
Pros:

L'accès est simple. L'endroit est beau et propre. Nous avons eu un super service lorsque nous avons eu besoin de changer les lits. Le café et les grignotines ont été très apprécié. L'endroit est très bien situé. Un peu bruyant à l'extérieur, mais ils fournissent les bouchons. Nous avons très bien dormi. Nous y retournerons certainement. Merci beaucoup!

Pros:

Super emplacement, gros rapport qualité-prix dans mon cas. La chambre était grande et les fenêtre direct sur le St-Denis. Très cool.

Pros:

Wow mais quel hébergement agréable! Nous avons adoré! Tout a bien été bien pensé. Il y a beaucoup de petites attentions et d’équipements pour rendre notre séjour agréable. La chambre était belle, confortable et propre. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation!

Cons:

Rien tout était parfait!
Situé sur la rue St-Denis donc on doit s’attendre à un peu de bruit. Ce qui ne nous a aucunement dérangé.

A stylish, well-equipped stay with excellent staff and comfort
Pros:

Amazing place with great attention to detail, everything you might need is provided, from tea and coffee to a first aid kit. The rooms are beautiful, and communication with the staff was excellent; they were always willing to help and address any issues. Special mention to the very comfortable mattress and the wonderful tropical shower!

Cons:

Parking in the area is quite challenging. I highly recommend avoiding Indigo parking lots, we spent hours trying with no success. We had much better luck with 1238 Rue St-Hubert Parking - they were great.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong (fine for messaging but not suitable for work), though the staff did their best to help and communicated very well. The street is also quite loud: earplugs were provided in the room, but you can still hear the street and nearby rooms. In winter it’s ok, but light sleepers should be aware.

Great Location and good size room.
Pros:

The room was a good size...we were 3 so our daughter had the room with sliding doors. Our bed was good and comfortable, had a fridge, tea and coffee maker, nice shampoo etc. View on rue Saint Denis with big windows. it was up a relatively steep set of stairs with no elevator possible so be aware of this. Generous with coffee, tea and granola bars. we had some nice armchairs to sit in.

Cons:

It was complicated to get in with codes. The windows are not very soundproof so for light sleepers may be a problem even though earplugs were provided. There is an aircon and radiator system but it would have been helpful to have some instructions. It was full of snow when we were there but no one had bothered to clean the stairs going up to the builiding. when I sent a message asking it to be done, they did all but one. I think this should be done without asking as it is difficult and risky to go up

A staff member entered our room in the morning while we were still inside sleeping, even though it was well within our reserved time. We contacted the front desk and were told it was due to a room mix-up. While we appreciate the explanation, the situation was unsettling and has made us more hesitant about returning or recommending the property.
