Great location, great communication.
Pros:

Location fantastic, room beautifully decorated. Great communication, easy check in.

Cons:

Not a dislike as such but a suggestion. As considerable expense went into the refurb, USB should be added, much more convenient for international travellers.

Cozy room, lots of little attentions. Perfect for a quick stay.
Pros:

Place felt really cozy and comfortable. The little attentions here and there made me feel special. It was perfect for the one-night-stay I needed to do and the location was perfect. It was a Friday night and extremely busy outside, and I was worried it would be noisy.

However the owners left some earplugs just in case but I didn't need them. Slept very well. Thank you :)

Cons:

The microwave on the 2nd floor was not working properly. You guys should look into that. It wasn't working at all.
