Pros:

The hotel is in such a good position. Just in the heart of the Latin district, but also immediately connected to the metro station. The position is incredibly strategic. Furthermore, the room was really perfect: clean, spacious, and with everything needed. The personnel were incredibly helpful, answering at any of my requests and allowing us to leave our baggage after the checkout.

Pros:

The unit was clean and in a good neighborhood for exploring the area, and appliances were good quality. Check in and out was very easy. Snack bar with water dispenser was very appreciated, especially with protein bars for our hiking and walking around all day! Staff contacted by email were responsive and offered to help with any issues.

Cons:

The room was very small, which was fine by itself, but I felt it was a little overpriced for what we got, especially considering the lack of desk staff. Also, the TV didn't really work; we found out when we got there that it didn't get any TV stations or channels, and the streaming apps had either too poor an internet connection with the provided WiFi to play anything or just had error messages. Obviously TV isn't a major issue on vacation, but it would have been nice to be able to just turn it on at the end of the day to unwind.

endroit idéal et central pour un court séjour
Pros:

Endroit propre et calme, très bien situé puisqu'on se rendait à la Place des arts. Le bar à collations est une très bonne idée avec accès à une fontaine d'eau, et différents accessoires (coupes à vin par exemple).

Complaints about hotel

1. Did not mention that Saint Denis street at their locations is for pedestrian traffic only. My GPS got confused.
2. The room was not cleaned properly as the air conditioner right above the bed had a major layer of dust on it. I went to touch the vent and a glob of dust hit me in the face
3. The TV is only setup for streaming and does not get any live network broadcast. I was not there to watch TV but it would of been nice to have.
4. The bathroom did not have enough room for toiletries. There is a blank space in the bathroom where they can mount a shelf under the AC outlet.
