Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The Bathroom neither had any Toilet Roll nor a Shower Screen.
The Shower rose only spews cold water.
Towels were not of cotton and would not absorb wetness easily.
Bed Linen was untidy and old.
Sofas had hardly any cushion and had no legs, so you sit at almost the Floor Level.
