Pros:

Điểm cộng lớn nhất là vị trí rất trung tâm. Tuy nhiên diện tích phòng quá bé, mọi thứ tối ưu từng chút một để tận dụng không gian. Với giá phòng như này thì mong đợi không gian phòng lớn hơn 1 chút để trải nghiệm thoải mái hơn.
