A great hotel
Pros:

First of all, the staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean. It's on a quiet street, and the reception is open 24 hours a day. It's very luxurious for the price. I always choose this place.

It’s good, not perfect but it’s okay.
Pros:

Location it was good, and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The apartment is not clean i think for long time i don’t know why, maybe thay dont expect us.
Also for winter they not ready, they dont have enough blankets for us and we reserve for 4 people but there was space only for 3 people and 1 extra sofa no bedding and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Great host very nice location ✨
Pros:

Erdogan was a really lovely host who went his way to make us feel welcome during our last minute late evening booking. The studio is spacious the water is hot and the place is very well located.

View is amazing but door to the terrace is about to fly away if u dont hold it(its not closing at all)

It has its pros and cons
Pros:

The balcony has a great view, the host is very friendly and location is great as its near Taksim metro station. Also mattresses were clean and the toilet was alright. These things made up for all the deficiencies, and all in all we had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

My main problem with this property is that a lot of important things they list as having in facilities section, they do not actually have. The wi fi does not work, there is no stovetop, there are very few kitchen utensils and most of them were dirty to the point of being uncleanable, so do not count on cooking anything in this property, except what can be done with only a kettle, water in the shower randomly changes from very hot to very cold and vice versa. If you are budget traveler like us, these thing are not a big deal, and if property did not list wi fi and stovetop in the facilities, I would know not to expect them and I would've been less disappointed and surely would've given a higher rating.
