Fiz reserva com 15 dias de antecedencia. Quando já estava em transito aereo, de Uberlândia para Palmas, na escala em São Paulo, recebi um e-mail informando que a minha reserva havia sido cancelada. Respondi o e-mail confirmando a reserva, enviei mensagem por WhatsApp também confirmando. Ao chegar ao hotel em Palmas, as 3:00h da manhã do dia 30/11, hoje, fui informado que nao havia disponibilidade de leitos e que eu nao poderia hospedar-me. Em nenhum momento fui contratado para confirmar a reserva. Somente comunicado do cancelamento quando já me encontrava em transito. Solicito explicações e providências quanto ao ocorrido, antes de tomar outras medidas para reparar o transtorno.
