ラブホの改装中のホテル。

御殿場アウトレットに近いところ。

Very bad experience.
Pros:

We did not have breakfast as we stayed only 3 hours instead of the two nights that were initially planned.
The location is in a Love Hotel area and this hotel was probably a former Love Hotel too.

Cons:

The reservation was for 2 nights. We only stayed 3 hours.
When we tried to fill the bath tub, water was brown.
We were told that this was normal onsen water.
It is hard to believe. After almost 30 years in japan, I have never seen that kind of "Onsen" water even in country side and remote places.
The hotel is located in an area of love Hotels and is probably a former love hotel. How come a former love hotel would become a Onsen hotel ?
The person in charge took responsibility and apologize. We left after 3 hours.

Pros:

スタッフの対応が丁寧
荷物を運ぶのに台車を貸してくれた
部屋は古いがとても掃除が行き届いている
大浴場はないが部屋の中に風呂がありかなり広い
シャワーが温泉で硫黄の香りがするので温泉好きな人は良い（洗面所の水は水道水）
スタッフに中国の方が多い（日本語は喋れるし丁寧に対応してくれる。フロントに鍵を預けて出かけ、その後帰ってきて受け取る時に顔を覚えていてくれてさっと素早く対応してくれた）
部屋に電子レンジがある（泊まった部屋だけかもしれないが）

Cons:

洗面所の蛇口が短く、水受けの中心にきてないので手を洗うと水受けの外に水がかなり飛ぶ
古いから仕方ないがエレベーターは閉まるのは早い
ナビで住所が出ない
