Doesn’t exist. I contacted the property asking for check in details, only be to be contacted on the day of check in saying the apartment no longer exists and shouldn’t be listed! No sign of a refund, impossible to get in touch with booking.com

The property was not available and should not have been booked

Booked the propert 8 weeks before my trip. Received an email 2 days before I arrived telling me that the property was on a long lease let and shou;ld not have been available to book. The day before they told me this, the property took the money for the booking. No communication from the property after this. Now in dispute with Booking.com.

The property was not clean at all. The bedding had not been changed since the previous person before us; there were dark hairs in the bed. The communication from staff has been very poor. We had originally booked for 2 nights which got cancelled through booking.com so we were told to rebook for the same nights and they would refund the original booking. It has been a month since I stayed at the property and I still have not received any refund or communication from staff. I have send numerous messages, phone calls as well as booking.com contacting the property to confirm the refund but there has been no response so we have paid double the price for the night we stayed.

No mugs but a kettle , no utensils, 2 wine glasses that was it and were dirty with lip prints , bed was dirty with the previous people that stayed, everything was overall dirty just needed a good clean and could be lovely. Shampoo & conditioner was given was half empty from previous and no body wash. I’m never one to complain just felt like no thought was given.

No bin in room
No toiletries or holder in shower
No hand towel or bath mat towel.
No response to messages
Parking different to what indicated.
Batteries flat in remote so couldn’t turn on the tv
No tea bags in the rooms.

We booked 2 rooms and got given the key to 1 room. I tired to contact the hosts numerous times but had no reply. 4 of us had to sleep in 1 room where there was 1 bed therefor 2 people slept on the floor with no pillows or blankets!
