Wir haben uns im Hotel 36 in Sofia von Anfang bis Ende wohlgefühlt und waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns die Sauberkeit – alles war tadellos gepflegt und machte einen durchweg gepflegten Eindruck.
Auch die Lage hat uns überzeugt: zentral gelegen und ideal, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. So konnten wir die Stadt ganz entspannt erkunden.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Service an der Rezeption: freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man hat sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Wir können das Hotel 36 uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Es imposible dormir con el ruido que hace el aire acondicionado. En el primer día hubo cuestiones de limpieza mejorables, que hicimos saber y corrigieron.

Vero good value for money
Pros:

Great location in the city center. All the important sites are reachable by for. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern in style. We had an issue with AC, but the stuff immediately changed the room with an upgrade.

Receptionist was not regularly present, but always reachable by phone
