I recommend Hotel 36 and would choos it again for my next trip to Sofia.
Pros:

Beautiful unexpected place with very comfortable bed and everything you need for a city stay.
Pros:

Great location easy walk to town, sights and train station. Great staff really helpful and lovely room.

Cons:

No breakfast option but free tea and coffee and fridge was great with plenty of cafes and shops nearby.

Consigliatissimo
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le attrazioni principali di Sofia. Camera molto carina e pulita, letto comodo e spaziosa.
Personale gentilissimo e potete lasciare i bagagli sia prima sia dopo il check-in.
Consigliato per chi vuole visitare la città senza usare i mezzi

Un alojamiento muy práctico para recorrer Sofía
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Se llega a las principales atracciones a pie y es seguro para andar de noche. Todo muy limpio. El último día pudimos dejar nuestro equipaje después del check-out sin costo hasta la hora de nuestro vuelo, lo que nos ayudó muchísimo. Buena relación precio/calidad.

Suficiente pero mejorable
Pros:

La habitación y, sobre todo, el baño son amplios y cómodos. La cama también. Proporcionan café/infusiones de cortesía en la planta baja.

Cons:

Considero que en la habitación faltan luces. Para las personas que tenemos dificultad visual se hace incómodo no tener una luz principal en la habitación.
Además, llegamos a las 17h y ya no había nadie en recepción (aunque tampoco vimos a nadie en el resto de nuestra estancia). La entrada no fue problema pues te mandan instrucciones que funcionan perfectamente pero no habían dejado el edredón para las camas, y la sábana/funda ni estaba puesta. Encontramos las dos fundas debajo de la almohada de una de las camas. La primera noche pasamos frío. Afortunadamente vimos al personal de limpieza al día siguiente y se lo pedimos. No tienen acuerdo con ningún parking, te recomiendan uno muy próximo pero con tarifa regular, 13€/24h.

פעם שניה במלון. חדר נעים, משופץ, שקט, פקידת קבלה נעימה ויעילה. אזור נהדר

בפינת הקפה בלובי אין תמיד מים לקפה, כוסות ובוחשנים. היו חסרות מגבות, קיבלנו חלוק במקום. בחדר אחד המזגן לא היה תקין
