המיקום של המלון מצוין.
קרוב להכל ובמרחק הליכה למגוון מקומות מרכזיים.
ברחוב של המלון ממוקמות פיצריות טובות, בתי קפה, סופר ועוד חנויות.
למרות מיקומו הטוב של המלון, גודלו המשמעותי של החדר, והמיטה הנוחה יחסית, לא יצאנו בתחושה שקיבלנו תמורה לכספנו.
הצוות לא נתן תחושה של שיתוף פעולה ולא פעם ניהל דין ודברים ונתן הסברים לתלונות, שלא באמת פתרו הבעיות.
התאורה בחדר היתה בעייתית. מאחר ומדובר בחדר עם עיצוב מיוחד, קיר האמבטיה היה עשוי מזכוכית לא אטומה וכל האור חדר לחדר בעל בוקר והקשה על השינה.
זרם המים היה בעייתי ולעיתים אפילו לא זרמו בכלל מים.
צוות הניקיון לא באמת טרח לנקות את החדר. במשך ימים נותרו אותם פירורים זרוקים בנקודות שונות בחדר, השולחן/מגש והמקלחת גם נותרו מלוכלכים וניכר שאיש לא באמת נכנס כדי לנקות. במקרה הטוב - להחליף מגבות. במקרה הגרוע - גם מגבות לא הושארו ונאלצנו ליצור קשר עם נציגת המלון ששלחה אותנו למרתף לקחת מגבות, שם נמצא סט אחד של מגבות והתשובה שקיבלנו היא שנסתדר עם זה עד למחרת.
גם העובדה שהתלוננו כל יום על נושא הניקיון לא באמת הועילה וההסבר לסוגיה היה שמדובר במנקות שונות.
די מצער, כי יש במלון פוטנציאל לא רע בכלל

Location was fabulous. Rooms clean, facilities good and everything easy to navigate (check in etc).
Water pressure and drainage in the shower wasn't great. We had a room with a bath but the tap took too long to fill it.
Die Lage war sehr gut, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Es gab Lokale, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb weniger Minuten. Die U-Bahn zum Flughafen war keine 5 Minuten entfernt.
It is very central located.
La habitación es muy comoda y adecuada. Tiene un baño estupendo y la cama era muy comoda. Tieme supermercados y opciones de restauracion muy cerca. También esta cerca del centro y se puede andar a todo perfectamente asi como ir al aeropuerto en metro directamente.
La unica silla de la habitación era muy incomoda. Hubo ruidos de fiesta por las noches que venian de un edificio contiguo, no del mismo hotel.

When A/C was discussed the next day, we were told to open a window.
A bar next door has people yelling and singing on the street until 6:30 am on the weekends, normally no problem unless you have the window open due to no A/C

Il check-in automatico un po’ arzigogolato ma qualcuno ti segue comunque da remoto e non c’è problema.
La stanza non troppo grande, consiglio di scegliere quella superior ma ad ogni modo è risultata comoda anche la più piccola.
Letto molto comodo e bagno con spazio di appoggio per le proprie cose.
Ottimi i prodotti offerti con dispenser e ciabattine offerte.
Non c’è la colazione ma lasciano a disposizione la macchina del caffè con le cialde e l’acqua è fornita in camera.
La mancanza della colazione anche se sapevamo di non averla.
Ci sono comunque varie soluzioni nelle vicinanze.
L’illuminazione un po’bassa, era un po’ difficile vedere bene in camera.
Moquette anche se pulita io non la amo per via dell’allergia ma è soggettivo.
La struttura era a pochi passi dal centro ed una camera accogliente

Per due giorni senza carta igienica nonostante passassero ogni giorno per rifare la camera.

Large modern room, close to downtown at a good price. Person at the lobby was very polite and kind.
Room and bathroom both had a very strong cigarette smell, presumably from previous guests smoking on the balcony with the door open (the giant ashtray on each balcony is really inviting if you’re a smoker). Smell didnt quite go over my two day stay. In addition, room was quite dark so not possible to read during the day without artificial light and desk/table too narrow to place a laptop and work. If you’re on a business trip as I was, this was a serious downside. Street facing room is noisy, which negatively impacts overnight comfort since i had to sleep with balcony door open in the warm May nights and the A/C wouldn’t work. Overall, I found the points on booking off the mark. Wouldn’t repeat.
