New - Komo Pods

Had to call to get check in details and was told I’d get a call back Got into building then had to call to find out which pod is mine herd others say they had to swap round The re where my pod was was dark Shower and toilet area being cleaned so that’s good though no hand towels later in the evening. Noisy through the night and not kettle for hot water s the machine there didn’t work so although the concept is a good one the result isn’t matching it

Arrived to find my room already occupied and the hotel full. Had to go back out in the rain & make other arrangements. Total and complete disaster!

No staff there and wasn't provided a towel even though it said they were provided. Room was comfy, great price, location and cleanliness

Just for the night a great little place

Code box on front door got fixed/changed and could not contact the number on either the front of their building (wrong/disconnected) or the number on Hotels (didn’t go through at 7pm). Someone who was coming in had to give me the code.

Saying all that, the place was great. Pods are of course small but fairly soundproof and comfy.

Very tiny

It was a first for me, but pod accommodation was actually quite relaxing and very good value

Was curious to try this place as I stay in London a lot for work but it was really awful. Tiny space, no air, noisy, dirty bathrooms.

Second visit, first time the place was super clean and bed linen was fresh and clean. This time the bed had stained, hair on mattress and sheet, the general space was unclean and unkept.

There was hairs on the sheets, one of the showers was blocked. The pods had no sound proofing to was disturbed.
