I liked the location and the prices a lot. Also receptionists were very helpful and nice. Makes me want to come back to the hotel again once in Hanoi ❤︎
A very clean, new room with comfortable bed. I really liked that it’s away from the loud areas of the city and my room had a small balcony, AC and tv.
The shower goes from cold to very hot in no time (I was in room 504, so maybe worth checking ). And the wifi was unreliable on the last day, however the reception staff was very helpful and shared their data with me .
The room was nice and basic with good interior.
Staff at front desk didn't speak any English and insisted on keeping our passports which we refused. Once getting to our rooms noticed the gold bar lock had been removed from both our rooms which felt uncomfortable. There were ants in the room but couldn't work out where they were coming from. We were woken consistently between 7:30 and 10am by other guest shouting and banging around the the hallway. Would not return.
A comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was fine but it didn’t look as nice as it does in the photos. it’s advertised as a large double bed but it’s just a standard double. The bedding had a burn hole in it which made it not feel very clean. Location-wise it’s not ideal if you want to explore Hanoi as you’d need to taxi in to the old town really.

- We had a slight ant problem in the bathroom and near the kettle with the coffee and tea
- There were really loud vibrations/ rumbling coming from above us, maybe an industrial tumble dryer/ boiler?

Everything clean, confortable bed. Nice staff. Quiet location but far from city center, you can take bus 24 which is in a 10min walking distance and go to the center for 7k. Good WiFi.
We've got a room in the first floor and the reception is very noisy at night, you can here everything, the staff has music on, shouts, people nocking in doors...
Our room was small and no windows, you could smell tobacco don't know from where.
Didn't refill the water or the coffee or tea.
No English at all.
