Grundsätzlich gut mit den o.g. Abstrichen.
Pros:

Sehr schöne große helle Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gute Park Möglichkeit vor dem Haus.

Cons:

Nur ein Schlüssel und Eingangstür nur von innen mit Schlüssel zu verriegeln, da außen Klinke (bei bis 4 Personen schwierig zu handhaben). Nur Badewanne mit Duschvorhang (sehr hoher Einstieg). Ein Heizkörperthermostat im Wohnzimmer defekt, dauerhaft volle Temperatur. Sehr hellhörig und durch Monteur Belegung auch am Wochenende lauter.

Gute Basis für Ausflüge
Pros:

Ordentliche Unterkunft in praktischer Lage. Wir waren als Familie ein paar Tage in Ingolstadt und die Unterkunft war eine gute Basis für Ausflüge. Supermärkte, Bäcker,. Apotheke, u.ä. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gut eingerichtet, das Gelände sehr ordentlich.

Cons:

Es ist ein Altbau, man hört das Knarzen der Treppe, und gedämpfte Schritte von oben. Die alten Doppelfenster lassen etwas Lärm der Straße durch und die Straße ist durchaus befahren. Wer besonders lärmempfindlich ist, sollte das wissen.
Eine Kleinigkeit: Man hat keinen Kontakt zu den Vermietern, was die Kommunikation erschwert, wenn man etwas will. In unserem Fall wollten wir ein, zwei weitere Handtücher, was nicht möglich war. Das war schade, andere Vermieter haben da manchmal im Haus einen Schrank mit Ersatzhandtüchern.

Totally up to needs, quiet and comfy. Good neighbourhood. Cozy.
Pros:

Awesome, everything nice and clean, washing machine and dryer free of charge, fully equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and huge flat TV. Parking could always be bigger ;)

Angenehme Unterkunft trotz kleinerer Mängel
Pros:

Die Wohnung war geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war mit einer Nespresso-Maschine ausgestattet, jedoch ohne Espressotassen. Auch Zucker fehlte. Im Badezimmer gab es kein Duschgel. Lärm und Licht von der Treppe waren, insbesondere früh morgens, störend.

Pros:

Tolle Altbauwohnung mit Charme. Sehr gute Betten. Trotz Straße, keine Geräusche. Einladendes Wohnzimmer zum Verweilen. Küche sehr vollständig. Auch für längeren Aufenthalt sehr geeignet. Schlüssel über Schlüsselbox. Waren sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Housecleaning wollte schon vor Ausscheckzeit rein.
Vor Schlüsselcodeübersendung muss noch ein Formular mit reichlich Daten eingereicht werden.
