Great Stay at the Heart of Beatiful Ella!
Pros:

Nicely decorated, extremly clean and big rooms. Delicious breakfast and well located in the center of Ella Town. The hotel is at the end of a hilly road but they offer free-of charge tuk tuk transfer to main-road. Especially Sandeep and all other staff was extremely helpful and cheerful. I have been treated as a true guest in the house rather than a customer.

Cons:

I can only recommend putting a regular air conditioner in the room, rahter than evaporative cooler. It was April when I have stayed and I did not feel uncomfortable but a regular A/C might be needed during hotter months. I have given 9/10 only for lack of A/C, to be fair. Otherwise this accomodation is 10/10 from all other aspects.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et très attentionné.
La chambre était simple et confortable nous avions même un lit bébé.
La situation est parfaite a moins de10 minutes a pieds de la ville .
Le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant et à l'écoute des hôtes.
Le meilleur rapport qualité prix .

Great value for money, very comfortable and fantastic staff
Pros:

It was away from the noise below in the town. Fantastic breakfast of eggs, toast, fruit, pancakes. Rooms were large good shower. The staff were great Anjana and Shane looked after us so well

Extremely Dissatisfied
Pros:

Nothing, very bad experience.

Cons:

The property falls short of a 3 star rating. The bathroom basin was leaking, which we had to informed them about.
The breakfast did not meet even basic standards.

Location is on a hill and inconvenient.
The 8.6 overall rating is very deceiving.

We also cut our stay short as we were extremely unhappy and could not bear another night at the hotel.

Pros:

El desayuno fue lo mejor, el servicio fue muy amable y la lavandería fue muy rápida.

Cons:

La habitación no se parecía a la de la imagen, era demasiado pequeña y estaba sucia y descuidada. La lavandería nos encogió la ropa.

エラに来るなら泊まる価値あり
Pros:

エラ駅から徒歩で行けるぐらい近いが、行くまでの坂道が結構凄いので重たい荷物などあると少し厳しい。
朝食が屋上でいただける。坂の上のホテルなので景色は絶景！
時間はかかりますが、お湯は出ます。
水圧は少し弱めでした。

Cons:

エラが山の中にある街なので全体的に虫が居るので部屋の中にも入ってくる可能性があります。
蚊帳が付いていたので寝る時はそれをベッドで囲って寝たので虫に邪魔される事はありません！
帰りにバス停までトゥクトゥクをpick meがなかなか捕まえられなかったのでトゥクトゥクを頼んだら2倍以上の金額を提示されました。

Good value for money close to the town
Pros:

Great location, a short uphill walk but only 3 mins walking from the town and in a quiet area. The breakfast was really good, the staff were incredible.

Cons:

Portable fan/ac in the room which was a bit too noisy and the bed was a bit firm
