Pros:

The hotel was reasonably priced for my one night prior to surgery at St Luke's Hospital. It was clean, simply but well outfitted, close to eating places and the owner was exceptional at communicating with me. He was very considerate in moving me to a lower floor to spare me a walk up another flight of stairs.

Great value for money, would stay again when next in Sydney
Pros:

Great value for money in an amazing location. Check in/out was super easy and had no issues with noise considering the central location. Would stay again :)

Cons:

Only small issue we had was the blind didn’t block out much of the light from the street lamps outside, luckily we had sleep masks

Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff.
Great value for money. Fantastic location Close to the train and bus. Close to shops and restaurants. Cafe next door had lovely food. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends for location and price.

Cons:

Bathrooms were small and need refurbishment. Toilet was very low. It was OK though considering how cheap the stay was. It was adequate.

Pros:

I've stayed @ Hotel 59 many times over, and I'm always satisfied. Always, when I stay in Sydney, this is the forst place I look fpr, for comfy, safe & clean accommodation. All the utilities work, it is quiet, it is close to all the Kings x/Potts Point restaurants, cafes, supermarkets & the train station. For the price, it can't be faulted. I'm looking forward to staying there again soon.

Cons:

Een gevaarlijke onhygiënische bende . Deze faciliteit zou direct verwijderd moeten worden van het booking.com platform en aangegeven bij de plaatselijke autoriteiten. Dat laatste is inmiddels gebeurd

Small room, quite basic facilities but very central. Recommend short term stays
Pros:

The hotel was central and in the nicer part of Kings Cross, with welcoming staff

Cons:

There was no reception, just rooms and no other areas to go to - which given the price we paid for the rooms seems a little steep!

We will be back!
Pros:

The hosts were great and gave us advice on great places to go see. The room & location was perfect.

Cons:

It would have been 10/10 but the shower had low velocity and a mixer instead of playing around with 2 taps would be better. Otherwise excellent!
