Pros:

I enjoyed my 4 nights stay because overall it was clean, very easy to walk around the city

location is good, clean rooms and hallway, accessible to bus station and train many restaurants around, coles and woolworths is near, tv inside and fridge

Close to kings cross, station and buses so easy to get around
Pros:

There is a cafe downstairs from the hotel, fabulous Filipino fare
Ate there each morning of our stay
Yum!!
Hosts accommodated us with our luggage before checking in and after checking out. Not the usual hotel with a luggage room and 24hr reception so much appreciated their assistance

Cons:

My partner likes to do any dishes we might have
There was no dishwash detergent or tea towels available in our room
Also the ceiling fan in our room didn’t work
I did not mention either to our host though as we managed without the above

Almost great.
Pros:

Great location, great value for the location as well. Staff was responsive. Room had working AC and good hot water. Check-in/check-out was easy enough. Room was quiet too. Overall, I very much recommend this place for one person that needs an efficient place to stay for a quick visit to Sydney.

Cons:

The wifi was very poor and mostly unusable, especially for my room at the far end of the hallway. It's such a pity because this is a relatively easy fix for the property, but they choose to cut corners and use cheap wifi network extenders that don't work, instead of getting a properly sized wifi system. Only one towel was provided, and I stayed during some humid weather so the one bath towel wasn't dry by the next time I needed to use it. These seem like small problems -and they are- but they are also easily fixed problem. All that said, I still think the positive aspects outweigh the negative aspects.

Short visit to the city
Pros:

Location in a quiet neighborhood within a short distance of Kings Cross train station, with easy access to key points of the city. Clear and simple check-in and checkout procedures.

Pros:

The location is amazing, cheap prices, hotel itself is very quiet so easy to get to sleep. Met the owners upon checking out and they were lovely and helpful. Liked the aircon and mini fridge too. Very close to lots of different food options.

Cons:

Couldn’t fault this property one bit. Everything about it was great :)

Good accomodation in central location
Pros:

Very central location, easy bus ride to the CBD. Lots of cafe restaurants etc nearby. Flexible to hold bags. Staff very friendly and helpful with guidance.

Cons:

Power out for few hours but no great impact.

Perfect budget accommodation
Pros:

The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. It was very close to public transport via train or bus and plenty of food options around Kings Cross. For what seems like a tiny room there actually ended up being plenty of space to store everything, spread out and relax without feeling cramped.
