Everything we needed and good price.
Pros:

Great communication throughout our stay, Lucas checked with us every day that we were happy.

Superb
Pros:

Comfy rooms next to a suburban area with parks and great food. Just a short bus ride from central London, and within walking distance of the Imperial War Museum and Southbank with all it's cinemas and riverside walkways. Great host and everyone I met there was very friendly. Good value for money overall, especially for a London holiday.

It was a complete disaster
Pros:

Actually , I was shocked tgat such Hoax facility had a chance to be posted on booking.com
After so many years using Booking.com this really compromised my trust in you guys !!! I demand a full refund . I arrived too late on the first night and was hrlpkess ! But I just departed with my luggage the next morning immediately ( didn’t stay for the second night I payed for )

Cons:

Everything …. Dirty - no staff - toilet occupied all the time and filthy - no one around - room like a cell - broken bed …. What is this ???
