Pros:

Отель в самом центре города. Вокруг много кафе и ресторанов. Рядом есть пункт обмена валют. Номер: Хорошая свежая сантехника, есть телевизор со смарт ТВ, холодильник, чайник, чай, кофе. Номер чистый, белье и полотенца свежие.

Cons:

Очень узкая кровать для двоих, в номере было ощутимо прохладно, отопление номера производится кондиционером из-за этого было либо душно, либо холодно. В ванной нет полочки под средства гигиены. Из нашего номера был вид на унылый двор. Не знаю как в других номерах. Но в целом в отеле можно провести пару ночей

Pros:

Great location — very close to everything, including cafés and restaurants. You can walk everywhere in the city from here. The staff were really friendly, and we found everything we expected. They always handled our problems with great attention. One of the best places in Yerevan. (Just a note: there is no bidet in the toilets, for travelers who may be looking for one.)

душевая кабина не имеет поддона, из-за чего вода может выливаться на пол ванной. с другой стороны, это может быть удобно для маломобильных людей.

Расположение отеля шикарное. Чистый, просторный, теплый, светлый номер. Хорошая звукоизоляция номеров. Ежедневная уборка. Сытные, но однообразные завтраки .

Cons:

В холодный сезон хотелось бы иметь постоянный доступ к чаю/кофе (а не два пакетика, о которых приходилось напоминать). Не помешала бы микроволновка на кухне, зачастую после похода в кафе/ресторан, нам слаживали с собой часть блюда( большие порции), а вот разогреть его можно было только до 15.00 ( пока на работе был повар). Считаю огромным минусом в организации заселения брать 50% оплаты за номер( мы приехали в 5 часов утра), но при этом не компенсировать ранний выезд (мы уехали в 2 часа ночи). При этом этот номер был уже подготовлен для нас...там никто на тот момент не проживал. В зимний сезон необходимо проявлять большую клиентоориентироварность.

С точки зрения расположения отель идеально подходил для встреч с близкими и друзьями. Для осмотра достопримечательностей и кафе придумать что то лучше было сложно. Очень гостеприимный и дружественный персонал- помогали со всеми вопросами и сложностями. На завтраки очень понравилась национальная выпечка руками хозяйки кухни, которая с удовольствием делилась с нами рецептами национальной кухни и , собственно, своими блюдами. Особенно удивило варенье из грецких орехов! Рекомендуем для остановки!

Улучшить можно качество полотец, вид которых оставлял желать лучшего.

Pros:

The hotel is in a very very central point. The rooms are spotless clean and comfy. The size of the room is above average. I think is the best value for money hotel that I ever visited

Cons:

I have to be very honest. The hotel is no where near a 4 star hotel as described. It's an honest bed and breakfast city hotel. The breakfast its ok. With the price maybe you take more than you pay. I recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to visit the city and don't want to break the bank. I would definitely visit the hotel if I found myself again in Yerevan.

Хорошая локация. Чистые номера и чистые ванные комнаты. Вкусный завтрак. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал! Цена/качество супер! Есть лифт, что удобно если вы с маленьким ребенком. Организовали для нас трансфер из аэропорта. Обязательно приедем еще)
