Останавливались в отеле второй раз. При возможности, приезжая в Ереван, всегда буду бронировать Avenue 30! Уютно, честно, удобная локация, очень хорошие домашние завтраки, летняя, небольшая терасса.

The Hotel is in the city centre, but it is quiet. The room was perfect, clean has many space to store also we had a balcony which was really nice. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was also really good. 100% recommended.
Great location of the hotel. Room was clean. Breakfast delicious, each day a variety. I recommend pancakes with cottage cheese, condensed milk and jam.
Очень долго выбирала по отзывам гостиницу, и спустя пару недель выбрала эту, и ни капли не пожалели. Отель в самом центре города, но при этом в тихой зоне во дворах жилых домов, всё в шаговой доступности-площадь Республики, рестораны, кафе, музеи, магазины, парки. Отель чистый, номера уютные и тихие, персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый, завтраки идеальные-есть всё на любой вкус. Уборка каждый день, и в номере есть всё для комфортного отдыха. В общем от души рекомендую, и благодарю отель за наш чудесный отдых!
Уютный отель в самом центре, расположен внутри двора, поэтому тихо. Персонал очень приятный, по запросу сделали нам ранний заезд. Чисто, комфортно, приятный интерьер.

Location, clean hotel
Great location and excellent service. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Since our flight was late in the evening, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out until it was time to head to the airport, which was a big plus. We really appreciated this gesture and had a very pleasant stay.
The staff is very nice and helpful, the hotel is clean, well located and has everything needed. Breakfast is good, with both sweet and salty options.
