Pros:

Отель просто супер! Расположен в тихом дворе, в самом центре города. До главных достопримечательностей - 10-15 минут пешком. Очень удобно с ребенком, есть лифт. Вкусные завтраки. Потрясающий персонал, уборка каждый день. Рекомендую!

A fantastic location let down entirely by the unprofessional conduct of the reception staff.
Pros:

I liked the location and the tiny balcony my room had on the ground floor.

Cons:

The reception staff called me while I was out exploring the city to demand I return and confirm payment, an unnecessary and insulting gesture. When I came back, they proceeded to charge me three times, and the concierge's stubborn refusal to handle the dispute graciously soured the experience from the very start. To top it off, the in-room safe was completely non-functional.

Pros:

Totul a fost ok, a fost liniște și curat . Am avut o singură problemă cu un prosop care era pătat , dar în rest a fost totul bine.

Cons:

Încă o problemă a fost patul , o parte din pat era lăsată în jos , iar pe mijloc era prea înalt . Patul era destul de mic ca și lungime , dacă ești puțin mai înalt ies picioarele inafara .
Micul dejun nu a fost foarte diversificat , ar fi mers mai multe lucruri în plus :)

Pros:

Жил 2 недели в январе. Отличное расположение в тихом дворе в центре Еревана. Был хороший номер с открытым балконом с мебелью, которые регулярно очищали от снега. Прекрасный персонал. Хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Территориально очень удобно расположен. Можно оставить багаж после выселения.

Cons:

Уборка номера немного хромала, не все тщательно мылось. На завтраке не хватало блюд, свойственных завтраку, жил 2 недели, за это время только в один день на завтраке были и сосиски, и омлет, в остальные дни эти 2 блюда чередовались, нет никаких соусов. На завтраке были 2 салата, горячее блюдо, которые скорее относятся к обеду/ужину. Но рядом много магазинов, кафе, ресторанов на любой вкус, так что проблемой это не было.

推荐入住。
Pros:

位置很好，旺中带静，早餐品种也算丰富，员工也很友善，房间也干净整洁，总体入住体验很好，很推荐。

Cons:

确实需要加些指示牌，入住当天也是在附近问了本地人才带我们找到位置。
