Located in the heart of city, cleanliness of the rooms, and exceptionally friendly and kind staffs!
Due to its convenience in location, in the middle of city, you may need to endure traffic jams if travelling with car. We walked our way around the city so no issues for us :)
Superb location by tons of restaurants and all the sites. Quiet, clean, new and comfortable. Loved the balconies. Perfect for a solo traveler like me. Good breakfast. Good value for money.
Not much signage at all to find the hotel tucked into a courtyard. Breakfast did not start a minute before 8am.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, polite, and kind, making us feel truly at home throughout our stay. It felt like a home away from home. Most of the city's main attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops nearby. Despite being located in the city center, the hotel is in a quiet and peaceful area, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed everything about this hotel. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had a warm, home-like atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. A special thank you to the staff for kindly waiting for us after we were delayed on our journey and didn’t arrive until the middle of the night. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel especially welcome.
Perfect location, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. The area is quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, with many options for dinner. I would definitely stay here again.
Top Lage und modern eingerichtetes Zimmer mit viel Platz. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für unsere frühe Abreise wurde uns ein Essens Paket gemacht und der Transport organisiert.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Für den Preis hätte man aber schon etwas mehr erwarten können. Die Auswahl an Brot oder der Kaffee hätten besser sein können.
This is a very nice property in the center of Yerevan. Everything is on hand and easy to walk to. Staff, breakfast and accommodation are all excellent.
