Pros:

Excellent staff, great sized apartment room. Massive balcony, facing castle with partial sea view. We received room upgrade, free drink and bottle of Cava as it was my husband's birthday. Very much appreciated. We had one lunch and breakfast which were excellent. Pool area is spotless and well maintained.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
The hotel is a 10 min walk to marina and start of main restaurants and shops. Not a problem for us. Hotel has many people recovering their from operations as pool area etc easily accessible.

Tranquilidad y bienestar
Pros:

La habitación familiar superior con vistas al mar, increíble, muy grande y cómoda.
Los restaurantes, tanto el buffet desayuno como para cenar, aunque éste un poco caro.
Tiene spa y masajes, la zona del spa no es muy grande pero es muy bonita y relajante. Buena atención por parte de la persona que lo lleva.

Cons:

El baño podría tener una encimera más grande y algún gancho para colgar las toallas o albornoces cuando están mojadas.
Nos tuvimos que ir un día antes por motivos personales (deportivos) y sé que perdíamos una noche, pero me habría gustado que nos hubieran dado alguna alternativa de cambio, por ejemplo el desayuno de ese día, por la comida del día anterior.
Está cerca de la playa pero hay que andar unos 10 minutos.

Comfortabel
Pros:

We verbleven hier 1 nacht en konden al ruim voor de aangegeven tijd inchecken. Daarnaast kregen we ook nog een gratis upgrade van een standaard tweepersoonskamer naar een junior suite omdat we via booking.com hadden geboekt. Daarnaast kregen we ook een gratis drankje naar keuze en een gratis glas cava in de karaoke bar. Het hotel zelf en de kamer waren zeer schoon. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. De ligging is ook prima aangezien de omgeving rustig is en je binnen een kwartier lopen in het centrum van Denia staat.

Cons:

Helaas hadden we pech met het weer en maakten we hierdoor geen gebruik van het mooie buitenzwembad. Op voorhand gingen we ervan uit dat er een binnenzwembad is. Dit is er, alleen hoort dit bij het Spa gedeelte onder in het hotel. Hiervoor dien je een dag van tevoren te reserveren en mag je voor 23 euro p.p. voor 90 minuten gebruik maken van dit gedeelte. Wij vonden dit het geld niet waard na er kort rondgekeken te hebben en zijn onze tijd anders gaan besteden.

Fijn hotel nabij strand
Pros:

Rustige locatie, fijne tuin en zwembad, Groot appartement, goed ontbijt..

Afstand naar het centrum , keukenblok zonder enige inhoud, ook voor de hotelgasten dure spa
