Pros:

お風呂が綺麗で広い。オーナー夫婦が非常に優しく、欠航などにより帰れなかったが急遽連泊させてくれたり、飛行機など取るのを手伝ってくれた。また、泊まっている方たちも常連さんが多かったため、民度が良かった。共有スペースに電子レンジやケトル、マグやお皿などの貸出もあった。

Pros:

Phenomenal stay with a wonderful host. The room and facilities had everything we needed and more. The host was so kind and was extremely helpful for us travelers with little to no Japanese. Great location that is close to just about everything on the island. Perfect accommodation for travelers in Hachijo-jima.

Amazing hosts, super clean facilities.
Pros:

The hosts were amazing people and treated me super nice. They did all their best to communicate with me even thought they didn’t speak English. If I ever come back to the island, I will definitively stay here again.

Pros:

Fantastic place and owners. The room was spacious enough and the beds comfortable. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and the beach. We got a lot of help from the owner (renting scooters, local recommendations, lift to the ferry station). And the place is truly wheelchair friendly, which is not common in Japan. Absolutely recommend!

Clean & comfortable stay.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was exceptionally clean and very spacious, making it perfect for anyone, especially older guests or those using a wheelchair. Easy accessibility and plenty of room to move around comfortably.

The facilities were excellent, with everything needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. From the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable seating areas, everything was well-maintained and easy to use.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and accessible stay. Would definitely book again!

Cons:

When you arrive, it might take some time for the staff to arrive. However to me this did not matter as I met other guests who were kind and showed me around. The staff was very sweet as well.

I would absolutely stay here again. Comfortable, clean, and quiet.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable, I felt very safe, and everything was clean. The host was very nice and the other guests were very respectful.

Cons:

All was perfect.

The owner is extremely helpful and the place is great. The room is simple, but efficient.
Pros:

There are lots of things I loved about this trip:
-The owner helped me to get to the airport, so I saved time and strength for Tokio
-The owned organized breakfast for me so I did not have to go anywhere - I got it delivered by her on the 8 o clock as we agreed the evening before ;)
-The owner helped me with local tips - bus, onsens and stores - I did not have time to check it all, but for sure I will use the tips when I returned to Hachijojima :)
-The drink machine is just outside the apartment.
-The bath is a great thing after a long day of sightseeing.
