Pros:

Hotel en surplomb d'Ax avec vue sur la montagne et les arbres. Chambre spacieuse tres joliment décorée et d un grand confort. Piscine superbe dans un décor naturel. Un superbe lieu. Nous y reviendrons.

Habitués aux Mercure Hotels, au regard du prix payé et malgré le côté neuf de de denier (ouvert en juin) nous avons été déçu par la présence de trop de matériaux de chantier, des travaux non finis, une insonorisation déplorable (c'est comme si nous regardions la TV dans notre chambre), la VMC non fonctionnelle, le téléphone non fonctionnel. De plus les tarifs du SPA (soins du corps son prohibitifs (plus de 300 € pour 1 heure de massage en couple) en comparaison à d'autres SPA d'hôtel Mercure. Bref ouvrir pour la saison c'est bien pour le business, mais quand on paye 100% du prix, on s'attends à 100% des services et du cadre de l'hôtel.C'est pour nous une grosse déception.

OK hotel til en enkelt nat.
Pros:

God og hjælpsom reception. Fin parkering i aflåst garage for 12 EUR.
Desværre var der gæster med en hund ovenpå vores værelse som er meget lydt.
Sengen er lidt smal.
Vi kan godt anbefale værelset til en enkelt overnatning.
