Pros:

Остались более чем довольны временем проведенным в этой гостинице. Заселились поздно ночью, нас встретили, вручили ключи и показали номер. Все было чисто и красиво. Номер уютный, все что нужно есть, убирают каждый день. Бутылки с водой приносят тоже каждый день. Завтрак отлично выручал, не нужно было искать с утра где поесть. Меню для завтрака вполне хорошее, только кофе был не очень вкусный, но зато рядышком есть очень милая кафешка с десертами, там и пили кофе) местоположении вообще идеальное! После освобождения номера разрешили оставить у них вещи и мы смогли до вечера гулять по городу без лишнего груза. В общем, место шикарное, люди ещё лучше!!) если ещё приеду, точно здесь же остановлюсь!

Staff was very polite, breakfast was very good, location couldn't be better.

Cons:

Horrible smell of bathroom, constantly wet floor (not from the shower, but in general), smelly and slipery. I believe it is from the pipes, something is wrong there because everything else is clean, but that smell made everything complicated, couldn't leave the door open for a second and it is unacceptable for this type of accomodation.

Отель в хорошем месторасположении,до главных достопримечательностей рукой подать.Очень хороший персонал ,молодые люди на ресепшене отлично выполняют свою работу,все подробно объясняют,рассказывают ,добрые и отзывчивые люди,говорят на русском в том числе.Хорошие завтраки,женщина Тамара прекрасно готовила с душой и очень вкусно.Уборка в номере тоже выполнялась, вода пополнялась каждый день,сам отель достаточно чистый.

Cons:

Нам попался очень сырой номер,на стене граничащей с ванной отклеивались обои ,и под ними видна была плесень,и в ванной комнате на стене местами были пятна черной плесени,Нужен ремонт!!!Вылет был поздний и мы хотели арендовать номер на 3-4 часа отдохнуть перед ночным вылетом,наш номер был свободен,но нам предложили оплатить только за сутки,хотелось бы ввести формат day use как во многих отелях, и быть еще более клиентоориентированными. С телевизором тоже не разобрались,ну и ладно,не обращались с этой проблемой,т.к это было не принципиально)

Pros:

Идеальное расположение в историческом центре, и само здание очень уютное и симпатичное. Замечательный персонал, всегда готовый помочь, отличные завтраки, чистота в номерах и отеле

Cons:

Если окна выходят на улицу, то будет шумно, так как жизнь в историческом центре кипит до утра. И кровать оказалась ну очень высокой - забираться на неё сложновато

Fantastic boutique hotel that is well priced and perfectly located.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. Especially the young man at reception. He was very friendly, smiley and helped at every request. The manager also tried to help with all requests and anything that occurred whilst doing so in a friendly and accommodating manner. It's a very cute boutique hotel and the breakfast was great. They offer a packed lunch version if you are leaving early. The bed was comfortable and the room was always kept clean.
The location is perfect for a inner-city stay, especially for the old town. It is one street along from a bustling bar/cafe/restaurant area on the way to Liberty Square. In the other direction you will find yourself a 3 min walk away to the clock tower and 5 mins away from the river.

Cons:

We had some issues with the WiFi during our stay which appeared to be very intermittent. After speaking with staff the issue wasn't clear and was possibly due to an updated Starlink. This did make it tough to book taxis and chill in the room when back relaxing. I'm sure this is an intermittent issue, that along with lack of water pressure one day is likely to be expected in an old town area of a city.

Быстрое получение подтверждения о бронировании и оперативное заселение. Удачное местоположение.
Тапочки, фен, мыльные принадлежности в наличии.
Менеджер говорил по-русски, был приветлив.

Cons:

Если планируете жить более 2 дней, то может быть не достаточно места для хранения вещей. Для моей цели (перенос рейса с вечера на утро следующего дня) все устроило.

Pros:

Отличный отель, выше всяких похвал, бесподобный вкус у человека, который создавал весь антураж, все очень понравилось и отношение и местоположение и питание, не могу придраться ни к чему. Отель однозначно рекомендую посетить 👍 и с удовольствием вернусь сюда снова, огромное спасибо хозяевам за прекрасный отдых и по домашнему вкусные завтраки🤗

Cons:

Есть некоторые нюансы, но это скорее не претензии, в неудобства личного характера. Номер был шикарный и с шикарным видом из окна, но добраться до номера было довольно проблематично с больной ногой еще и с круговой лестницей,
2) немного продавлен матрац на кровати
3) очень неприятно пахло канализацией из душа.
