Pros:

L'accoglienza, la stanza con letto molto confortevole, la pulizia. Il piccolo terrazzo sul tetto da dove si gode di una bellissima vista su Venezia. All'arrivo ci hanno fatto l'upgrade gratuito!

Personal muy servicial y amable. Nos ayudaron con toda la información que les consultamos y nos hicieron recomendaciones.
El desayuno buenísimo y muy variado.
Hay fuente de agua 24 horas gratuito en la cocina.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación es correcta, no muy grande.
Para dos personas está bien pero si necesitas abrir maletas es un poco justo.

Pros:

Un séjour absolument parfait du début à la fin ! La chambre était irréprochable : spacieuse, élégante et d’un confort exceptionnel, avec une literie qui donne envie de ne plus en sortir.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est tout simplement idéal, pratique et agréable, permettant de tout faire facilement.
Honnêtement, difficile de trouver mieux : tout était réuni pour un séjour au top. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Das Hotel liegt rund 25 Minuten vom Bahnhof Santa Lucia entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Es gibt einige Lokale und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Beim Frühstück gibt es auf Nachfrage glutenfreie Semmeln.

Posizione dell' hotel molto comoda: poco distante sia dalla stazione di Santa Lucia che dalle principali attrazioni della città.
Al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera migliore di quella prenotata (una junior suite) senza costi aggiuntivi. La camera era molto spaziosa, dotata anche di un divanetto e di un mini frigo con una bottiglia di acqua naturale. C'era anche un bollitore con tazze e del tè in bustina e una macchinetta del caffè con tazzine e un paio di cialde. Il nostro bagno era dotato di vasca e forniscono anche prodotti da bagno (saponetta, shampoo, cuffia per doccia, sapone intimo, kit di bellezza con lima) e pantofole.
La colazione offre diverse varietà di cibo e bevande, può davvero soddisfare le esigenze di chiunque.
Lo staff è sempre stato molto gentile e vi è la possibilità di lasciare i propri bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out.
Assolutamente consigliato per un soggiorno a Venezia.
