Pros:

El personal amable

Cons:

Es un hotel antiguo, la habitación es pequeña, no tenia minibar y la tv era antiguísima. La manilla de la puerta del baño estaba mala y costaba mucho cerrar o abrir. Se sentía un ruido a ratos que parece venia desde el ducto del ascensor.

Vacanță stricată de lucrări și lipsă totală de profesionalism!
Pros:

Personalul. Mai ales doamna Bucuria de la micul dejun, fetele de la curățenie și cele de la recepție din 1,2 și a 3-a zi

Cons:

Faptul că nu am fost avertizați încă din momentul rezervării că în hotel se desfășoară lucrări este inadmisibil. Două zile la rând am fost treziți la ora 7:30 de bubuituri puternice provocate de lucrările din camerele superioare.
Când am reclamat situația după ce s-a întâmplat a doua oară, reacția recepționerei a fost complet nepotrivită: am fost mustrați că nu am anunțat din prima zi, pe motiv că „ei nu au de unde să știe ce fac muncitorii care lucrează în hotelul lor”.
Este de neacceptat ca responsabilitatea să fie pasată către oaspeți, ca și cum noi am fi stabilit ora la care încep lucrările. Oamenii plătesc pentru o vacanță liniștită, nu pentru a fi treziți dimineața de zgomote de șantier.

Beautiful, authentic and magical.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The larger room was beautiful.

Cons:

The smaller room was SMALLLLLL and also on the canal. It was great for my in-laws. But I am rather annoyed I had to pay extra for my larger room to be on the canal and I paid less for the other room because I specifically choose for it to not be on the canal but it was. It worked out but being the one paying the bill that bothered me.

Toller Aufenthalt, super Lage und jederzeit hilfsbereite Staff, danke.
Pros:

Lage im ruhigen Viertel, direkt Restaurants und Bars
erreichbar. Vaporetto über zwei Brücken oder die andere Station auch ohne Treppen zu erreichen.
Rezeption immer besetzt.

Cons:

Oh, vielleicht Zugang zu einem Getränkekühlschrank.

Personale molto educato e disponibile. Stanze molto pulite e ben fornite. Colazione super.

Stanza pulita.
Fornita di tutto il necessario.
Ottima colazione, molto ricca e varia.

Cons:

La stanza non era ben insonorizzata, ma gli ospiti erano tutti molto educati quindi non ci sono stati problemi.

Pros:

Idealna lokalizacja - baza wypadowa. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel.
Perfect location - a great base. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Hotel zdecydowanie potrzebuje remontu, zdjęcia bardzo mijają się ze stanem faktycznym.
Śniadania monotonne, ciągle to samo. Jedynie słodkie przekąski warte polecenia.
Pokój (komfort) - poplamione krzesła i lampka (stare plamy), pleśń pod prysznicem, strasznie ciasna łazienka. Zdecydowanie nie to co na zdjęciu.
The hotel definitely needs renovation; the photos are very different from the actual room. The breakfast was monotonous, always the same. Only the sweet snacks are worth recommending. The room (comfort) - stained chairs and lamp (old stains), mold in the shower, and a terribly cramped bathroom. Definitely not what's in the photo.
