Staff was nice, that was the only nice thing

Cons:

The room is degrading, disgusting, dirty and has bugs everywhere, the blanket had a big hole from a burn, my advice is to never book thos place, for the same amiunt of money you can get decent places, I booked it in a hurrry, if you read this comment, take my advice and don t go there, you won t be able to sleep thinking bugs will crawl all over you since you see them everywhere

The staff were nice

Cons:

The place was so dirty I didn’t feel comfortable even touching anything. I’ve never seen a place so dirty in my life, lights not working, wallpaper falling apart, bathroom disgusting, no working air con. There were bugs in my room. After sleeping for 2 hours, I went to the airport and slept in the lounge as that was better for me than this. 100% the worst room I’ve ever seen

THE STAFF WONDERFUL, THE FRONT DESK WOMEN VERY NICE AND WILLING TO HELP IN A STRANGE CITY. MAINTENANCE PEOPLE ALSO VERY NICE, BUT I THIN THEY CANNOT MAKE ANYTHING BETTER IN SUCH A DISASTROUS PLACE.

Cons:

I WAS IN A REFRIGERATED CAVE AND NOT IN A ROOM, PLACES LIKE THAT SHHOULD NOT EXIST, I ENDED UP SICK. THEY DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST A MILD AMOUNT OF HEAT. NOTHING WORKS IN THIS HOTEL. EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT DEMAND ANY REFUND, I THINK THAT THIS PLACE OR BOOKING.COM SHOULD GRANT ME SOME KIND OF A CREDIT.
