Pros:

Quiet, comfortable bed, close to the hospital we had an early appointment at.

Cons:

We had a problem paying. Nobody was there when we arrived a little before 10pm. When we left for our appointment at the hospital around 6am there was also nobody there. We were told we could pay with cash, but the only option in the email was a bank transfer. We have no Vietnamese bank. We left 50,000 in the room to pay for the rent. I hope the right person got the money. We put a note about it at the front desk.

Calm, comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Good communication, great service. A calm and restful residential area where there's a beautiful park, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores very close at walking distance. There was everything I needed. Soft and comfortable bed and pillows. I recommend this place
