Pros:

Habe eigentlich bei einem italienischen Frühstück nicht mehr erwartet. Chemische Säfte, geringe Auswahl.
Pizzen im Restaurant sind zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Zimmer (insbesondere das Bad) abgelebt und nicht den Fotos entsprechend. "save the planet" Kleber, wo soll ich aber das Duschtuch hinhängen, wenn keine Stange bzw. kein Hacken vorhanden ist.
Am Samstag Abend keine Parkmöglichkeiten, da alles durch die Restaurantbesucher überstellt ist.

Belle vue et calme
Pros:

La vue magnifique, le calme.
Attention aux pizzas! Elles sont excellentes mais trop grandes. Ou choisir une pour deux surtout pour les enfants. Bonne literie, jolie terrasse

Cons:

Un peu cher rapport/qualité. La piscine pas en fonction. La terrasse panoramique sans chaises longues. Manque quelques accessoire comme une poubelle dans la chambre et un grand miroir. La route est très pentue, sinueuse et pas large.

Posizione suggestiva,era bellissimo il lago visto dall'alto

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta la camera , piccola poco arieggoata , si sentivano rumori di ogni tipo, il bagno vecchio in modo particolare la doccia,stretta, zampillava l' acqua dal doccino, cuscini bassissimi e scomodi. Colazione da rivedere assolutamente.

wier waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal in diesem Hotel, und werden es weiterempfehlen.

Kamer en restaurant van dit mooie hotel viel deze keer tegen.
Pros:

We hebben dit jaar weer gekozen voor dit hotel. Maart 2024 vonden we dit hotel echt een topper; prachtige uitzicht en het heerlijke culinaire Italiaanse eten. De route vanaf Varese bleek veel prettiger dan de smallere weg vanuit Lavena Ponte Tresa. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en hebben we op het terras, met uitzicht over het Lugano meer, genoten van een glas wijn.

Cons:

Ons verblijf viel deze keer helaas tegen. We waren ons ervan bewust dat we ditmaal een kleinere kamer zonder uitzicht hadden geboekt, en dat vonden we op zich geen probleem omdat we er alleen wilden slapen. Wat we kregen, was echter een oubollige kamer met duidelijk achterstallig onderhoud en een raam dat uitkeek op een blinde muur. .
We hebben slecht geslapen doordat de kamer niet koel te krijgen was en we veel last hadden van allergie. De volgende ochtend zagen we waarom: onder het bed lag een flinke laag stof. Ook het diner was teleurstellend. Twee jaar geleden was het nog een culinair hoogtepunt, maar nu was het doorsnee. Het ontbijt was eveneens soberder, met supermarktkaas en weinig variatie. Tot slot werkte de laadpaal bij het hotel niet, wat extra ongemak opleverde.
Waar we de vorige keer zonder twijfel een 10 gaven, zouden we nu een 3 moeten geven, vooral omdat we door de warme, stoffige kamer nauwelijks hebben kunnen slapen.
