The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean, making them suitable for small families on vacation.
Pros:

This hotel is a perfect blend of traditional Japanese style and the latest fashionable furnishings, offering exceptional comfort and convenient transportation. We ate a meal we cooked ourselves, cleaned our dirty clothes from our long trip, and enjoyed the feeling of being at home. It's just a pity we shouldn't have stayed a few more days.

Pros:

El personal del hotel muy amable. Somos 4 de familia y los espacios me parecieron amplios para lo que es Japón. Muy buen lugar cerca de la estación de Odawara. Lo recomiendo.

Superbe hébergement très confortable et accueillant
Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel ! Nous sommes arrivées tard mais les explications pour l’entrée étaient très claires et nous nous sommes senties très bien accueillies. Le logement était superbe, très confortable, extrêmement bien équipé et offre une vue sur le château. On aurait aimé rester plus longtemps tellement c’était agréable : merci beaucoup ! Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !

Pros:

Very spacious appartment for Japan incl. Futon Beds and traditionell bathroom. We enjoyed the Futon beds. Washing Maschine also available in the room. Very clean and super good location only 5 min to the train Station and the castle.

景色の良い観光スポットにも近い立地やLDのお陰で女同志､気ままに過ごせたお泊まりでした。

スタッフの方の対応が丁寧で親切
お城🏯が見えること近い事
駅からも余り離れていない
必要そうな物がひと通り揃っている事

Cons:

寝具､特に枕が合わなかった。フロントに､追加する枕や選べる枕のサービスがあるとよく寝られたと思った。フローリングを敷くので、マットレスはもう少し厚くても良かった気がしました。
食器が揃っているものの､お茶やコーヒーなどは持ち込みなので、今回は好みのものを持っていきましたが、せめて人数分のお茶のパック位はお部屋にあっても良かったのではと思いました。せっかくなら､地元小田原に評判の良いスズア珈琲店があるので、美味しいジュースを置いていた様に､フロントでドリップパックを一つづつ買えたらもっといい感じなのにと思います。

起居室與臥室都很大很乾淨，衛浴設備很好 ，附設洗脫烘洗衣機，不怕下雨天衣服不會乾，距離小田原城很近，很適合到小田原或箱根、鎌倉等旅遊的住宿，下次再來旅遊會再選這間Hotel。

The apartment was very well equipped and very very clean. The traditional Japanese Futons for sleeping were very comfortable. The location was good only 5 minutes walk from Odawara station and 2 minutes to Odawara Castle and park.
