Very pretty!
Pros:

Beautiful interiors, super comfy bed - lovely tea set up in room.

Cons:

The rooms were quite small and air con didn’t work properly, which was an issue because if we opened the windows - hundreds of mini flies would come in.

Last minute overnight getaway, just what we needed. Staff, location and property where exceptional
Pros:

We travelled with our dog for a night away which we booked very last minute. The room was lovely and fortunately there was a lift as we were on the 4th floor. The breakfast was really nice too, we eat in the 'conservatory area' due to having our dog with us, which was really nice and bright. The location was perfect and the staff exceptional.
The pantry is a lovely touch.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about

Loveliest place in all of Brighton! A must stay & will definitely be coming back
Pros:

Really cute and cosy place. Hosts were the most lovely people!

Cons:

I think one of the main light bulbs in our room wasn’t functioning. We spent quite awhile trying to figure out whether it was a broken light bulb or a hidden switch

Nice main areas, room was cold
Pros:

Fun place to be. Lively bar. Friendly reception. Breakfast was OK. Fun pantry idea with complimentary sweets and popcorn.

Cons:

Small room and unfortunately cold and damp. They did provide an extra heater when asked but really the windows need to be double glazed. Even at full heat, which they later did from the main system, the room wasn’t warm. The rest of the hotel was nice and warm though.

Nice hotel - VERY NOISY
Pros:

Nice decor, central location, good breakfast.

Cons:

I booked the sea view room. It is incredibly noisy. Having paid extra for the room, it was disappointing to have a terrible nights sleep as a result. The windows need better glazing. They are also sash windows and let a draft in. No earplugs are provided and I forgot to pack my own - you will need them if you want any sleep in this room.

The shower also comes with no instructions so I wasted a ton of time waiting for it to get warm only to be told on reception that I should have rang them to be told how it works - you have to press a button that has no label or instructions with it. The receptionist tried to be helpful but didn’t seem to listen when I said it would be much easier to put a simple sign in the bathroom or tell me at check in. Personally I think it seems a silly process to have to call reception to ask how a shower works at 7am.

The main thing though was that for £255 it was disappointing to have such a bad nights rest. I got back from the event I had been hosting after midnight to then get to the room and be kept awake by the outside elements all night. Especially rough when hosting a work event the next day.

Avoid the Sea View room, take ear plugs or book somewhere with better glazing.
