Highly recommend.
Pros:

My husband and I had a great stay in February 2026. Beautiful location looking over the valley. Very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast! Comfortable rooms. There is a wooden platform with a beautiful view off of the dining area. My husband and I would go there early morning and in the evening. A couple of yoga mats there would’ve been perfect.

Great potential needs work
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Good view. Our room was on the second floor, and we enjoyed looking down into the jungle. Breakfast excellent and other food we had was very well prepared.

Cons:

Most of the appliances in our bathroom did not work properly the toilet could not be flushed . The man who came to repair it had a car key instead of a screwdriver and so was not successful. My husband lifted off the back every time we needed to flush it and held down the lever that was broken. No one followed up. The shower was at most lukewarm. They said they were fixing it soon, but we left without showering again.

The outside of the hotel needs immediate attention as it is stained and needs cleaning and sweeping.

Such a shame for a nice hotel

Vue magnifique et ambiance pittoresque
Pros:

Le village de conception de Ataco est très mignon perché sur sa montagne, pittoresque ! L'hôtel est à l'image du village, très mignon avec une belle vue et une décoration pittoresque et floral. Le personnel est sympathique et les lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner sur sa terrasse est très très bien.

Cons:

L'hôtel a dû être très beau à son ouverture, mais on sent qu'il est maintenant un peu vieu et nécessite un peu de rénovation. La musique du petit déjeuner était trop forte mais le serveur a gentiment bien.voulu la baisser.
