Je recommande, bon rapport qualité/prix, très bon emplacement
Pros:

L’emplacement à 4min à pied du métro Warren Street et à 2min à pied de la station de bus Hampstead Road. La chambre est très bien pour une personne. La rue est assez calme en semaine malgré le pub. Il y avait dans la chambre un sèche-cheveux, mouchoirs, lingettes désinfectantes.

Cons:

La taille de la douche qui est trop petite. La propreté des espaces communs et de la chambre. Elle parait propre au premier coup d’œil mais en regardant de plus près le bureau et sous le lit on se rend compte que ce n'est pas forcément très propre. Le ménage était fait tous les jours dans les espaces communs mais c’était superficiel. Cependant, cela reste correct.

L'emplacement est idéal.

Cons:

Je n'avais pas fait attention à la réservation que c'était salle de bain et cuisine communes du coup je suis partie un peu stressé mais on a eu de la chance car il n'y avait quasiment personne du coup on avait presque la salle de bain pour nous ! Pour la cuisine pas de coin table donc je soumets l'idée d'élever le frigo mettre une petite table et chaises et mettre un mini frigo dans chaque chambre.

Clean, comfortable but basic. Fantastic location.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Short walk from Euston station. Several Indian restaurants on the street including 2 vegetarian ones, also several shops.
Room was clean, bed comfortable. The shared kitchen and bathroom were just opposite my room and were well equipped. Didn't see anyone else during my 1 night stay so a shared bathroom was not a problem.

Cons:

The room was tiny, although clean and comfortable. a little bit of street noise but not too much.

Prope, confortable, bon raport qualité prix, pour une grande ville comme Londres !
Pros:

Le quartier est animé la nuit c'est mieux pour les femmes qui rentrent seul. Proche de Regents Parck et Soho. J 'ai pu communiquer avec le proprietaire, il était très réactif. La cuisine et les sanitaires sont propres. Merci pour le ventilateur dans la chambre, c'était très agréable.

I really enjoyed staying here and it met all my needs.
Pros:

The place was easy to find, and they location was perfect. It was within walking distance to the Tube, and there is plenty around as far as grocery or places to eat. The kitchen was clean and I was able to cook most of my meals while I was there. The atmosphere of the flat was peaceful and it was a comfortable place to stay.

Cons:

It was really hot in London during my stay, there is no air conditioning... but there is a fan, and the window open at night time was just right. I was not always at the flat during the day time, so it was not too much of a bother.

总体不错，就是太热了
Pros:

地理位置比较好，方便交通出行。有厨房，有洗衣机，这些设施都非常方便。

Cons:

在伦敦的夏天，住在三层的楼上，没有空调，只有电扇，实在是太热了。而且我们的行李比较多，爬三层楼梯又窄。这个也是我们当时遇到的问题

decent value for money

It’s very quiet cannot tell you are in London
