Convenient for one night but wouldn‘t recommend for a longer stay.
Pros:

The location was really good and we were happy that there was a washing machine.

Cons:

The furniture was not in a great condition and the room was badly soundproofed.

Very clean and private. Shared bathroom and kitchen were clean, a bit loud at night.

Cons:

Whilst most of the the flat is clean. A lot of grime was on the shower head - could do with a good scrub

Also consideration for check out beyond 10am would be helpful

Cons:

It is sharing with other people so the walls are pretty thin between rooms within the flat itself. But once you get over that and sharing a bathroom it's grand.

Was doing work stuff just needed a room for the night before the meeting on 35th so room was ideal
Pros:

It was ideal for one night for what you was paying for and close to the station for easy access as traveled down by train

But I would recommend the apartment for short stays. Other people staying were also very kind.
Pros:

The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and warm and it was wonderful. We would warm food and wash clothes. Provided earplugs, because for some the tube sound could be distracting to sleep comfortably, was a good solution and very thoughtful. I felt safe there.

Cons:

The pillows were very uncomfortable, too hard to sleep but the bed was good. There were no paper towels in the kitchen or more regular towels to dry the dishes and washing sponge. And please maybe one regular bigger knife :) for those who use the kitchen.
