Perfect for a brief stay
Pros:

Great location you the Euston station. And tube lots of local restaurants and seemed safe and friendly. it was perfect for our 1 night stay and great that we had a kitchen so we could store food and drinks in the fridge. The flat had 4 bedrooms a bathroom and another separate toilet which was ideal

Cons:

The shower in the bathroom needs some attention. The bathroom itself was nice but shower cubicle wasn't very inviting.
Bedroom window won't stay open, It was a very warm day and night. And couldnt open then blind either

Plutôt conforme à mes attentes
Pros:

La situation (le quartier) . La facilité Check-in . La chambre (dans l'ensemble)
La salle de bain commune proche de la chambre

Cons:

Pas de climatisation (très chaud avec un ventilateur)
Salle de bain fonctionnelle mais nécessiterait d'être améliorée (carreaux au sol décollés, joints douche et paroi douche en mauvais état)

A very happy stay in a clean bedroom in a good location
Pros:

Great location next to Euston train station. The property had a good little kitchen with tall fridge freezer which I used flyover keep water and breakfast in. The bed was very comfortable and the fan was a god send with the unexpected heatwave. There was also a bathroom and separate toilet on the 2nd floor.

Cons:

Lots of stairs on a thin staircase. The showerhead could do with replacing, but works fine. Also the bedroom blinds need attention or replacing. And the bedroom fan needs a clean xx

Pros:

Excellent value for money in central location. As a lone female, I felt safe walking from Euston station to the property at night time.

Für Selbst-Ein-Checker, einfach, zentral, sauber
Pros:

Lage für Reisen mit dem Zug wegen der Nähe zu den Bahnhöfen Euston und St. Pancras sehr gut. Preisgünstig.

Cons:

Man lernt Gastgeber / Personal nicht kennen, Kommunikation ausschließlich über SMS (Self Check-In, erforderliche Infos werden übermittelt, ansonsten ist der Gast auf sich selbst gestellt). Das hat funktioniert, da ich neuerdings Besitzer eines Smartphones bin. Ansonsten wäre es eher schwierig gewesen.

Cheap & cheerful.
Pros:

It was close to Euston Station & underground too.
It was cheaper than a hotel. There were towels provided. The room was clean. The shower was powerful.

Cons:

I opened the window, as it was hot. I accidentally dislodged the blind, which didn't have a cord. I then wrestled a bit to fix it up.
The folk in the next room started arguing about 7.30am. I could hear every word.

trés bien agréable hormis la salle de bain qui mériterais plus de nétoyage et surtout une rénovation
Pros:

l'appartement est bien placé a coté de la gare de euston et de l'arret euston square ce qui nous donne un accés facile a toutes destination, la chambre est confortable et très propre. Nous y avons bien dormi malgré de forte chaleur extérieur sur le week end ou on était présent.
Quartier calme et agréable.

Cons:

la salle de bain était sale ( tapis de bain on ne sais pas depuis quand il était là de la crasse sur le sol le pommeau de douche plein de calcaire et tout oxyder ) cela dénote avec la chambre

Great location and worth the money
Pros:

The location is near to underground only 5 mins walk. Bed was comfy. The room is ok for 1 person. The bathroom is very clean.

Cons:

The wall is not soundproof, you can hear the other guests noise a little bit. The water temperature is too hot and the shower is not very clean.

Precio desorbitado para un alojamiento descuidado

La ubicación, te permite llegar al centro y muchos puntos clave

Cons:

En el anuncio de Booking ponía que tenían baño privado, pero luego se cambió y nos encontramos con un baño compartido en un flat con muy poca ventilación, donde pasamos muchísimo calor. Lo único que nos permitió pasar las noches sin deshidratarnos fue un ventilador que nos dejaron.
En general se nota que el sitio está muy viejo y descuidado. La alcachofa de la ducha estaba llena de óxido y cal (entre otras cosas). Se lo dijimos a los dueños, pero no hicieron nada...
La mañana de irnos, vino una mujer a echarnos de malas formas cuando sólo nos habíamos pasado 3 minutos de la hora de check out.
Desde luego el precio no refleja en absoluto lo que ofrecen, por muy en el centro de Londres que esté.

Habitación claustrofóbica e inadecuada para el verano
Pros:

EL que estuviera cerca de transporte público, bien comunicado y la verdad, es que no hubo problemas para check in o check out. Las zonas comunes estaban limpias, al igual que la habitación.

Cons:

A pesar que las fotos del anuncio eran reales, cuando estabas en la habitación daba un poco la sensación de claustrofobia porque la ventana era muy pequeña y no se abria totalmente. Ademas daba a la parte trasera de todos los edificios con lo cual no había vista posible. Para colmo, la claustrofobia se acentuaba más porque solo había un ventilador, lo cual no fue suficiente para poder dormir de manera confortable. Esta habitación (flat 2 number 18) puede ser Ok para el invierno, pero no deberia ofertarse para verano porque no se puede estar en esas instalaciones.
