The Hotel is great and the staff is wonderful. Vesta was efficient and a pleasure to chat with and really brightened up my day. The check in was great too. I apologize I forgot the talents name. The hotel is affordable and the location is right on the highway which it perfect. Rooms spacious and clean and it is a great place for business or quick getaway. Thanks OYO and I live your hotel and staff. God bless you all for giving me a wonderful and uplifting experience!

That's right people! the pics and descriptions are opposite of the real deal. We're running from a hurricane (2nd round), I never been in a nasty place before. the stained, the roaches, mildew.. the crazy part is no smell whatsoever!! weird right?? I didn't sit on the couch for the rest of 3 days I stayed with my family. I didn't have any option but just stayed and grateful at least there's a roof on our heads. But this is not a vacation place. *cheap price-awful place'.. the only things that I liked, water pressure great and very comfy bed ( I bought roach spray).

First of all the hotel is using pictures that represent the hotel when it was new. It is now run down, dirty, people standing around with no masks in lobby, front desk, hallways. Building is falling apart, spider webs hanging around entry doors. Rude service and they promise to refund your money in 5 business days, then give you the run around and act like they can't speak English for complaints. It's now been a month and I still have not received my refund and now receive continuous copied emails that say no refund. Buyer beware.... Bad customer service, reported to the BBB. Front desk kept stating, what's wrong with it, it's nice as if we were in a third world country.

This hotel looks like a war zone! My husband described it as a site in Beirut! The staff was not accommodating at all - acted as if they were doing us a favor by even allowing us to check in.The hotel owner was rude and less than favorable in my opinion. Horrible Hotel!

Check in was fine, actually the best part. We booked two rooms and the first smelled and the carpet was stained really bad. The second room smelled even worse, a mixture of smoke/mildew and death. The carpet was just as bad. The microwave we didn’t even want to touch as it was so nasty. Housekeeping woke us at 8:00am trying to repeatedly open the door with the safety latch closed. She continued to slam the door against it even though we said we were in here. Went to breakfast and a rodent scurried across the ceiling...

Nothing like the pictures on the website. My room had severely stained carpet, lamps were broken.The smoke detector was broken and on the floor.. The bed had black specks on it. The pool was black. Ice machine was broken. Hallway smelled like cafeteria food. Nasty, Nasty Nasty!

The hotel placed a 2 night hold on my card. Their policy states if any changes are made after 6/6 they will charge a 1 nights stay. Agreed and understandable. However upon arrival I did not have hot water which was explained by Rebecca Powell the GM to be my fault for lack of patience to allow the water to run longer than 5min. Which we did! Not sure how immediate lack of hot water becomes a guests fault. My fridge also did not work. I went back to the front desk to request a new room was told they were at capacity and this was not possible. I was also told by Rebecca via email that they have back up fridges in a seperate area and had I have asked to use those I would have had adequate refrigeration. Again not sure how a broken fridge is my fault as well as not asking for a back up. Although asking for a whole new room should sufice. By leaving a fair and honest review I have been told I will be drug through court and told to take the review down immediately. I will not. This hotel is fraudulent and substandard. Every issue was somehow made my fault. The "hold" turned into a charge. Exposed wiring throughout. Bleached carpet throughout. Every bad review is true. I called on 6/5 to speak with hotel staff to determine if I wanted to cancel. He explained to me the place had been closed for a while and there had been some improvements. Ultimately it is my fault for not listening to the reviews. Please pay attention to the poor reviews on this property they are accurate.

Motel Hell! Avoid like the plague. Appears condemned from the exterior. I was one of 3 rooms rented in this 120 room hotel. No exterior lighting. Dangerous. Staff is nice, untrained and unprofessional. Breakfast served was cereal with no milk and juice. I was told milk was spoiled. Stay ANYWHERE but here. Wifi doesn't work.

Heed warnings. There are no elevators!!! If you get a room on an upper floor you have to drag your luggage upstairs. Leak stains on ceilings everywhere.

Terrible, old dirty, beds are ok and bathroom was clean.

The furniture was broken, unserviceable drawers, the ceiling has water marks and it was chipping out, there was paint chip all over the bed and floor. If you like your health do not stay in this hotel, the workers are very nice but this place should be closed to the public. There are roaches all over the country place, we sleep with all the lights on to keep them from coming out. The pool was fool of hair, bugs and pain chips from the ceiling, there was black mildew growing in the curtain by the AC, the carpet was stained and room smelled horrible. One of the most uncomfortable stays ever. NOT suitable for humans.

We have stayed at hundred of choice privilege hotels, although this was not the worst, it was horrible. I hate leaving bad reviews and I don't complain often but we had (what appeared to be) a giant blood stain on the carpet, poor air conditioning, and one front desk lady was EXTREMELY rude on the phone. I'm not a picky person, but this stay was not acceptable, especially since we booked the nicest room they had to offer (it was actually VERY spacious). Raymond and (I think his name was) Nick were very helpful and apologetic for the areas the hotel was lacking (they deserve a raise), but this place was horrible. But hey, at least they have an indoor outdoor pool?? This hotel was probably great 20 years ago (and could be cool again if remodeled) but I won't be returning until it is in better shape.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My husband and I were in Nacogdoches to celebrate our Anniversary. First they put us in the wrong room. Then they move us to the second floor. As soon as you get to the second floor the heat hits you and the smell of weed. We try to ignore it. Get to the room the phone doesn't work and neither does the iron. We try to make the best of it. We leave to do some things come back and we find roaches in our room. I have to call from my cell phone because the phone isn't working. They say they will change my room. At this point I want a refund and want to go somewhere else. They give us keys we go to another room and the keys don't work. The key maker is broken. The guy says he can let us in and out of our room till morning. I say I'm ready for a refund and he informs me that he can't do that because they haven't given him the authority because he hasn't been there long enough. That is ridiculous I've never heard that before in my life. So we stayed we had no choice and it was like we were being held hostage. No keys to get in the room and no refund. So when I complain about the smell they said it's a smoking floor we can't control that, but I asked for non smoking. This hotel was the worst and ruined my Anniversary and they didn't care.

I was forced to book this hotel due to availability in the area. It was freshmen orientation at the university, baseball tournaments, and some other local festivals. The hotel itself is disgusting, smells terribly of mold and cigarette smoke. The a/c doesn't function properly thus the room is very uncomfortable to be in. The internet nor phone worked at any point during my stay thus making a business trip almost pointless. I was forced to go to the bar next door or Starbucks daily for wifi. I called their tech support and spoke with them on 3 occasions, final result was the hotel didn't pay their bill with Suddenlink. The ice machines throughout the hotel are broken and their is only one functional which is by the office, the most inconvenient location to most of the hotel guests. The laundry room was dirty and the 1 dryer was covered in yellow paint (see picture) which was unfortunate as I was left with a bag of wet clothes. The carpet and the chair in the room were stained and my toilet seat was also broken. I left 2 days early even though I'm sure I won't get a refund. I would give it 0 or negative stars if I could and at no point would I recommend staying at this hotel, even if it was a free reward night.
