Ok if you don't have other options
Pros:

The location is outside the noisy city centre. Bed was comfy and clean. BUT..

Cons:

I found an old used condom on the floor beside the bed, you can imagine my feeling. The building itself has something like an open kitchen in the center of the block, and it was noisy. And windows was faced the wall.
