Good room
Pros:

The room was clean and fragrant. The appliances and furniture were all working perfectly.

Cons:

I hope they would improve their customer service. He/She was responsive at first. But on the booked day, the responses were delayed that we ended going to the wrong room.

Disappointing
Pros:

Just the location and the responsiveness of the staff.

Cons:

There are lot of issues in the facilities:

- AC is leaking
- Sink is clogged
- No heater unless we adjust which might post an issue to the voltage
- The bed is uncomfortable and the sheets are smelly
- No blower
