Pros:

Petit appart’ idéal pour s’immerger dans le mode de vie tokyoïte. Situation idéale pour visite l’ouest de Tokyo. Métro, supérette à proximité. Le propriétaire est très serviable. Il est venue nous chercher à la gare puis nous à raccompagner. Top!

L'emplacement à proximité d'une gare, des commerces de proximités et de restaurants.
L'accueil et le service du propriétaire.

Pros:

The host was super nice, the free shuttle to and from the station during arrival and departure and transport to the luggage delivery were incredibly appreciated. Especially for this price I can only recommend! The rooms are a bit small but that tends to be somewhat expected for japan.

Pros:

這裡地點接近車站，步行只須10分鐘，十分方便。附近環境幽靜，由於處於内街，沒有汽車的噪音煩擾。住宿條件方面，整體上比較乾淨，設施完備，可供煮食及弄熱買回來的食物。老闆也很體貼，詳盡介紹住宿設備，我們退房當天還可寄存行李，方便我們逛完街回來取行李去機場。這是一次美妙的住宿體驗，我很樂意推薦來東京的朋友到這裡入住。

入住和退房時房東都會親自開車載我們來往車站，沿途中也和我們介紹附近的美食，非常親切！房間也很舒適，應有盡有，離新宿很近，以地點和房間大小來說cp值非常高，一切都很好，但暖氣有點不夠，晚上睡覺和起床的時候會覺得有點冷。

Pros:

My boyfriend and I stayed here at the end of November 25. We had a lovely time, the host is amazing. He came and picked us up from the metro station (and he gave us a lift when we departed!), gave us water, coffee, juice anytime he saw us during our stay. The first night, he also suggested a couple of places to eat at, as we arrived really late and everything was closed. We have never felt more at home and cared for.
Would definitely book again! The place is really close to both Shin Okubo and Okubo stations.

Perfectly located ryokan style accommodation , exceptional host.
Pros:

Traditional Ryokan style accommodation, well equipped with everything you need. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of Shinjuku and close to the Yamamoto Line which runs Ito all major stations in Tokyo. Exceptionally helpful and friendly host who picked us up from the station and also dropped us back there when we left, handing us canned coffee and bottled water as we departed. Can’t speak highly enough of him! Highly recommend.

Tranquilidad en la ciudad que nunca duerme
Pros:

La amabilidad del anfitrión. Nos fue a buscar a la estación y nos fue de gran ayuda al ayudarnos con las maletas. Además, nos ayudó en todo momento, además de ofrecernos agua, zumos y café. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado. Fue toda una experiencia dormir en futón, y fue realmente muy cómodo. Estamos seguros que volveremos a Tokyo y volveremos a este apartamento. A 20 min caminando de Shinjuku y con buenas conexiones de metro (linea Yamanote entre ellas).
