The property was not cleaned prior to stay.
Pros:

Location was perfect in downtown Lexington.

Cons:

The apartment desperately needed cleaning. Dirty sock under pillow on sofa upon arrival… Strands of hair on sofa. Broken furniture. Looked like blood stains on bathtub mat and dirty shower liner. Dusty window sills and furniture. Haunting first impression. Photos sent to host, no response.

The view was real good. Up to date equipment was nice.

Cons:

The windows let in a lot of cold air so it was hard to stay warm when it was 17 degrees out.

Relaxing stay with more than I needed :)
Pros:

Perfect! Had about everything one would need.

Cons:

Would be nice to have some paper towels.
The remote for the fans are linked to multiple fans. One turns on both.

Updated condo in an excellent location with free off-street garage parking on weekends. It appears the corporations that occupy floors in this building use the garage during the week.

Cons:

Key codes to enter didn't initially work, but the property manager was able to rectify the issue within 10 minutes. In all fairness, I completed a booking and check-in at 11PM. The positive is that a response and solution was offered within 10 minutes during after hours.

Would prefer regular coffee maker over the single k-cup maker, but that is just personal preference.

Location was excellent.
Beds were comfortable.
Well equipped kitchen.

Cons:

The heating turned off during the night and we couldn't work out how to get it it to come back on.
We couldn’t get hot water to get hot enough for bath.
