Pros:

The convenience (location) was great. The underground parking with elevator access was very nice! Great location for venues, restaurants and parks!

Cons:

Furniture was worn and uncomfortable. Footstool very, very stained and gross. Livingroom could have used 1-2 chairs for conversation/watching TV. 4 people on that couch was a bit much! lol!

Lots of fun food options, a great public library and a police station right across the street.
Pros:

We did not have a breakfast option, but had a fully furnished location with full kitchen facilities. It was stocked with all the pans/dishes and cups we needed. A quick trip to a local grocery store and we were set.

Cons:

Parking is always fun in downtown areas, but right across the street was a Chase Bank parking facility that offered the best rates and felt safe and secure. We kept the car there overnights and part of the day, all for only $10.

Nice place when I come back will stay here again.
Pros:

The place was nice and comfortable and easy access to get in. It wasn’t far from where we were going.

Cons:

The only thing was there wasn’t any paper towels or hand soap.
