Good location
Everything from start to finish!!! Amazing and funny receptionist Mani, clean and spacious room, very cosy and welcoming bar area, good parking.

It was clean, and the beds were very comfy, breakfast good as well.
Our stay was good there was nothing I didn't like about it. If you are a light sleeper just ensure you adk for the room at the front which I did, and this request was fulfilled. We stayed here due to the location ss we were heading to the Lakes.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, so nice after a long journey to be greeted by friendly faces.
Not sure there was anything we didnt like, only stayed one nice so perfect for what was needed.

This is a great place to stay when you are in Walsall. Theres always staff on the desk to help you. The rooms are always clean and spacious and the free breakfast has a vast selection of things to eat. All in all its a great hotel.
The aircon could of been better. But apart from that it was a great stay. It wont put me off rebooking thats for sure.

Parking is free, Breakfast is also free and has a great choice of food. Beds are comfy and theres always someone on reception to help if you need them.

Clean rooms and friendly staff
Hotel and my room was clean tidy and very welcoming as were all the staff that i spoke too. Really could not have asked for more during our stay. Breakfast was great fantastic choice and plenty off it.
only issues if i have to find one was the lack of tv channels in the room would have been nice to be able to watch tv however due to time of night was not a major issue so didnt seek assistance

Clean and easy parking
We walked in and were greeted by a very friendly receptionist called Jordan who went over and beyond to make us feel welcome. Give me advice on parking my car and trailer tent. Explained about the timings of the meals. A great asset to your hotel.
