Pros:

Comfortable environment, clean and the staff friendly and happy to help with any queries.

Cons:

The linen on the beds were too noisy, every time you moved/ turned over the noise was extreme. I didn’t have a good night’s sleep and was tired all day.

I definitely will stay here again.
Pros:

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great , lots of variety.
I also did not expect there to be a sofa bed in my room so that was a nice surprise.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything. The road nearby was a bit noisy at times.

Good hotel with poor restaurant
Pros:

Great location. Hitel clean and functional. Breakfast good.

Cons:

Absolute chaos in the hotel restaurant in the evening. Very limited menu and still over an hours wait to get food. As a resident they would not allow charges to my room, even with holding my credit card details and would not even allow a table bill. Crazy. We ate elsewhere after the first night.

Good, can't complain too much. a little room for improvement.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, tidy and comfortable room, nice breakfast, good value generally.

Cons:

TVs need netflix or some subscription for watching movies, documentaries etc.

Let down for the first time...shame
Pros:

I always use this hotel when in the area to visit family. In the past I have found everything to be to a high standard.

Cons:

I didn't realise that Booking.com had booked an accessible room, which was in an area which was not quiet and peaceful. When I asked if it was possible to change, the receptionist was not amenable and seemed not to want to find a solution.
