Ok, but £100 would be better spent on a hotel room
Pros:

Flat was decent enough, a bit tatty in places.

Cons:

The oven did not work, the location is not the best (I wouldn't have wanted to walk somewhere to get any dinner) and it's a bit like an Escape Room getting into the property with three separate lock boxes in different locations and three separate codes to open.

Nice sofa… to had Netflix

Cons:

Beds were not comfortable at all I could feel the wires in mattress, there was mold all round the windows and the paint was coming off the ceiling, generally the place was quite tatty and had cleanly not be invested in recently, the flat is located in a very shady area the back of Walsall train station, the car park and bin area was absolutely overloaded with rubbish and overflowing recycling - if you are staying alone be aware of the surrounding area

Clean and comfy flat but location felt unsafe at night

The property was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Central location but area did not feel very safe - especially at night. The check in process is very complicated. I was glad I went earlier in the day to check in as I would have been very concerned doing this at night. I phoned the contact number and was guided through the process. Couldn’t close the bathroom window so this room was freezing. There was an additional en-suite though. The building smelt of smoke in the stairwell, landing and lift.
