Cleanliness:
No complaints. Obvious areas free of dust. Effort put in to clean metal frames.

Location:
Next to AEON mall with supermarket.

Cons:

Location:
A fair distance from Ipoh Old Town. Budget up to 30 mins for Ipoh jam.

Soundproofing:
Definitely not soundproof, contrary to property's claim. Able to hear conversations inside of other rooms as you walk down hallway. Able to hear neighbour closing doors in the wee hours. Staff made effort to allocate room away from elevator, but management not willing to invest in good, soundproofed doors.
