Arrivato trovata stanza fredda e ci è voluto oltre un'ora per riscaldarla con il condizionatore molto vetusto. Antenna della televisione staccato ho dovuto spostare un armadio per attaccarla. Macchina distribuzione bevande calde non funzionante.
