Hanoi L'Heritage Hotel & Gym - Spa

Located in the heart of the old quarter, the hotel maintains a high standard in room space and cleanliness. We were provided a family suite which is spacious for 5 people. Staff are friendly and location is convenient to anywhere. Room is clean and free of smell.

My only criticism was the breakfast menu it was average at best. The menu never changed and it was very basic.

The location was fantastic and the staff were warm, welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful.

Booked our trip at very short notice because our plans to catch the sleeper bus to Sapa was cancelled. Facility was really beautiful although not so much the area. Arrived at midnight and was helped from the moment our grab arrived. The room and bathroom itself was very clean.

The entire team is fantastic, but a huge thank you to Manager Mr Jame and Lisa Front Desk. Mr Jame leadership ensures every detail is perfect, and Lisas attention during check-in was outstanding. Most notably, the Halong Bay trip they arranged for us was seamless and spectacular! From comfortable transfers to the hand-picked cruise, the entire experience was hassle-free and truly unforgettable. Their expertise turned a great stay into a perfect vacation. The rooms are a tranquil, beautifully decorated escape, and the breakfast is a delicious start to the day. Everything is spotless and comfortable. If you are visiting Hanoi, this is the place to stay especially if you plan to visit Halong Bay. The personalized service from Mr Jame and Lisa made all the difference. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Hanoi, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail were truly top-notch. A very special thank you to the manager, Mr. James for running such a well-managed hotel with a warm and professional team. Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always ready to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. One of the most touching moments was the surprise birthday celebration for my wife. The decorations and thoughtful gestures completely caught us off guard and made her birthday incredibly special and memorable. It’s these personal touches that set this hotel apart from the rest. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. The service quality was consistently excellent from start to finish. If I ever return to Hanoi, this hotel will definitely be my first choice again. Highly recommended!

It is located in a lively area center of Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, but since I stayed in a room towards the back, it was very quiet, and I was able to rest well. The staff greeted me when I entered and exited the hotel, and they were kind, smiling people. The breakfast also had a variety of options and was very delicious.

Short stay but the staff were amazingly kind and attentive. The hotel is situated amongst local food stores and multiple convenience stores. Definitely easy to get around on foot and highly recommended! The room was clean and I had a very comfortable stay.

Great stay at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and check-in was fast and smooth. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained especially loved the water heater with consistent temperature and the comfy bed. Breakfast starts at 6:30am, which is perfect for early day tours to Ha Long Bay or Ninh Binh. Food was good, and staff from reception to housekeeping always greeted us warmly. Location is ideal, just inside the Old Quarter, within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market. Nice bonus with a mini gym and spa too. Would definitely recommend!

I would recommend staying at the Lheritage Hotel, based on my three nights stay there in Mar 2026. The location is perfect for the Old Quarter and the hotel itself is very pleasant and welcoming. My room was spacious and the double bed comfortable. The bathroom was also good. The breakfasts, which came with the price of the room, were buffet style and excellent. There were excellent views of the city from the dining area. The price of the accommodation is competitive .If I come back to Hanoi, I would definitely want to stay here again; it was simply delicious and comfortable!
