My stay at Hanoi
Pros:

I like the location and friendly staff there

Cons:

They only have one elevator so there is long wait and also their breakfast buffet was boring serving same food every day

Best location in Old Quarter Hanoi!
Pros:

We had the best time at Lheritage Hotel and were wonderfully taken care of by lovely Tham. She helped us with recommendations, bookings and advice. She was always around to help us and really made the trip so special. We cannot recommend enough.

Peaceful hotel in the middle of Old Quarter!
Pros:

This is an elegant hotel with courteous staff who take care of all your needs. Lovely and high quality breakfast! Close to al the attractions in the Old quarter. Front desk staff helped plan and give advice on what to see and arranged tours for us.

Exceptional !
Pros:

We spent several nights in Hanoi and used the Hanoi Lheritage Hotel as a base. The location is great, steps to the Night market and an easy walk to many great places to eat. The staff is fantastic and made sure our stay was pleasant. Breakfast was great and delivered promptly when we were getting ready to go out on a tour. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel location in Old quarter!
Pros:

This is a great hotel. Right in the middle of easy access to most attractions. Vibrant busy street. Loved it. We stayed in room 701, top floor suite. Worth the extra cost for the best room. Spacious, lots of hot water, very nice linens and towels, kettle, tea, coffee and bottled water. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Lots of choices with eggs and omelettes cooked to order. The staff and housekeeping was very pleasant and helpful. It was clean and comfortable. Our room looked exactly like the main photo.

Excellent hotel with great location!
Pros:

Stayed for 3 nights, clean room and bathroom, we had a room with balcony facing the street which was bonus! The staff are very helpful and go beyond to help out. Especially Tham she was a gem!!

Central and clean hotel, but poor breakfast and unpleasant experience with staff
Pros:

The location is excellent and the hotel itself was kept very clean. I also found the bed to be very comfy.

Cons:

I was disappointed with my room’s layout. It had a basically non-existent window that looked directly onto a wall covered in cables. Furthermore, the soundproofing was quite poor and I could clearly hear the staff walking around and talking before 6:00 AM.

The breakfast left much to be desired, especially if you prefer continental options. The selection was very limited, the steamed buns were frozen hard, and the donuts felt old and stale.

The most uncomfortable part of our stay happened at checkout. The staff asked my friend to scan a QR code to leave a review and offered to "show her how to do it." Instead, they took the lead, pressed 5 stars, and published the review themselves. I refused to hand over my phone, stating I would do it later. It is a real shame because I likely would have left a relatively positive review anyway, but this behavior) which we found to be a common and pushy practice in many Vietnamese establishments) really soured the experience.

Stylish, friendly, quality accommodation in Hanoi’s Old Quarter
Pros:

It was my first trip to Vietnam, but I felt comfortable.The service and breakfast are excellent, and the quality is 2-3 times better than staying in Japan.I am not very good at English myself, but I was very happy that they tried to communicate with me as best they could.

Our stay at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in Vietnam. The hotel is located centrally in the old quarter, making it easy to explore the best attractions in Hanoi. The check in process was quick and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay, The hotel offers a great variety for breakfast, with everything from traditional Vietnamese dishes to more international options. After check out, they kindly offered us access to their shower facilities, which was a thoughtful touch after a long day of sightseeing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great services in Hanoi
